I'm totally flat. The only bras that are comfortable for me are those little yoga bra things. Would I like a C-cup, sure but I also like being fit and not having a belly so along with that comes no boobies. Such is life. But I certainly don't find myself disgusting!

Most guys would MUCH prefer a toned athletic body with small breasts, to a body with hard fake boobs. And every friend I have that has large real breasts, well....lets just say that when they're not wearing a bra, there's NOTHING attractive about what hangs at their chest.

What does "totally flat" mean, anyway? A cup, B cup? Please define "totally flat".

Sally, Case and point. If you want to look like a bleach bottle blond with fake boobs and skimpy clothes, aka a Playboy Playmate, then do like they do and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to do so.

On the other hand, if you want to be like the ladies KMonte listed, who are classy women with natural timeless beauty..........then eat healthy, exercise (I'm sure you already do) and learn to love yourself for who and what you are.

thanks guys, I'm gonna work hard to get over this. I just know it won't be easy. It's like I am going to have to retrain my own brain on how it thinks.
Oh and KM Kate Hudson recently got implants lol. Maybe I do have a problem idk I just see myself as so ugly and so disgusting I'm actually ashamed of myself, like I actually feel like I'm not worth as much as my friends as a chick b/c I have AA-A cup, like I'm less feminine like people judge me that I'm less of a women. And I hate hate myself for it. Let's reframe this. A whole country doesn't think small busted women are disgusting. A few law makers in a country are concerned that some deranged individuals will find small busted women attractive for the wrong reasons. Just as they have probably banned snuff films as well.

Many men are far more interested in a woman's hip line or behind than in her bust. I don't know if you ever read the newspapaer comics? There was one that caught my eye recently, two young women are shopping for a bathing suit. One tells the other, "that's a good suit, it really minimizes your flaws." In another dressing room a couple doors down there are two other young women, one is quite attractive and uses that effectively. She sometimes really irks the first two girls. But her freind is saying, "that is a great suit, it brings out your best features."

The attitude difference is what many of us need. Quit focusing on what we think are flaws and trying to hide them and instead enhance and work with our good points. Working from your strengths whether in looks or intelligence just makes more sense.

Sally you have given others some good and insightful advice, why not open up to hearing what others here have to offer you? You are a beautiful woman. I was watching Breakfast at Tiffanys the other day, Audrey Hepburn is stunning and small busted. Her characture is attracitve and alluring because of her personality and 'aliveness' not because of her boobs.
