Her doctor said because she has no infection symptoms, that is why he didn't. But before she has any procedure done, she said she is going to demand he check fir infections or std's and also hormone levels. Even if it is just a polyp, it terrifies her, dumb anxiety! He is a good doctor, but it is kind of disapointing that he is trying to do something invasive before covering all the basics. I will def. let u know her results.

thank you katie,um no they wont put me to sleep this time,i have had it done a few times,to be honest it is very painfull,but i no it needs doing so im just going to brave it,its the results im more worried about to be honest,iv got to have my swine flu jab that day aswell,busy day for me then,im sure il be finexxx

I'm sure you will do fine, you've had it done before. Maybe taking Advil an hour before would help?

So I found a female obgyn, she called me at home and talked to me for 30min. She called me in Xanax. Have u ever tried it? My appt is tues at 4pm.
She said from my hormone imbalance history and symptoms, it sounded like endometrium hyperplasia. She said she would treat it with progesterone if it was.
She was soooo nice and helpful, Ive never had a doctor call me at home.

oh katie im realy proud of you(big hugs)that must of took some courage for you to phoneas i no how bad your anxiaty is,well donei have never had xanax,although i have read a bit about it on the internet,fingers crossed it works for you,i realy am so glad you are getting things sorted out,the worst thing is not knowing what it is,and sitting their dwelling 24/7 about things,next step now hun is to make sure you stick with your appointment,i no you will tho you have got this far,and if you dont go it will only get worse,im only saying this hun because i dont want you to cancell,you will drive yourself insaine,realy proud of you,and defo let me no what the gyno ses,deep breaths big hugs and well donexxx

Thank you! I am scared to try the Xanax. I am also scared to go to doctor, but Im trying not to think about it.
But I am so miserable between the constipation, the lower back pain, the discharge, and the bleeding....that I have to get help. I've got to do it for not only myself, but y kids and husband.
But ...... I'm terrified.

p.s. do you remember how thick your lining was? my moms was 7, but she is postmenopausal.

honestly you will be fine,the sooner you get it sorted out the better,like you said its not just for you its for your kids and husband,when you do go to see the dr ask her/him for something for your anxiaty whilst you are their hun,you will prob be a bit worried to take anything incase of side effects,i waz in the beggining but i woz fine and i no you will be,and you will be using the xanax aswell,if you dont use it you wont no if it was what dr said it woz may be the problem,they will probably want to send you for a biopsy katie,and if they do hun you realy need to go,also the linning of my womb waz 10.5mm and my biopsy came back fine,but i havnt gone through menopause so thats fine to be thick at my age,when does your mum go for her biopsy?xxx
