You need to expand on "her belt, sore"...
Any person with intelligence, "no offence" knows that to beat an addiction you "have" to :-
1. Have full support
2. Gently ease the addiction down
3. Beat it
No one can not masterbate for 14 days in a row, (nor have sex) to compensate, if they have been doing it every day, most of their life, that's cruel and it's heading for a disaster, of FAILURE.
It sounds more like your wife has full control of your life.. You mention that your job is to please her only... Do you like being submissive?
If, not take a stance and mention what I said above.. Her method is not practised in giving up smoking, in giving up drinking, in giving up drugs... She in addition is not being supportive and helping you make a change that YOU should WANT to make, not for her, but for both of you and she in addition is withholding sex, as a punishment.
As, I said, it sounds like CONTROL... and unless you like being told what to do, and enjoy the pain, then discuss with her the above.
