Men have even less of a reason to worry than women. All but the most oversized clothes will show the outline of her breasts, but penises aren't put on every day display like that. We do feel on display and judged all the time !
That is the root cause of all men meltdowns, when they have defined themselves based on some false identity (car, job, name, title,...).
