Square is OK, just wrap some padding around it and it will be rounded off somewhat. The outer surface should be somewhat slippery, so as not to grab and pleasing to your skin. Maybe leather, silk or nylon. Or you could get slipperiness with nylon panties. You will be trying to match the angle of your vulva from the top near the clitoris, to the bottom, the perineum, what WC was talking about. Make sure you are pushing in a direction that won't let the table move.
