I tried the table leg trick. Not entirely successful, but that's probably my technique at fault The biggest problem was that I wasn't able to rub my clitoris while doing that, and I couldn't stimulate it very well on the post. I also had trouble getting enough pressure on that area below my labia majora how I like. However it wasn't all bad, I never knew that perinium stimulation felt good for me. I've tried rubbing there before and it didn't feel that exciting (And when I normally hump, it's too far back to be involved), but on the post it got pressed hard and it was a really strong feeling. I think I need to think about this one a bit more to try and work out how to get it to work for me.

I think I really need a vibrator for on my clitoris so I can focus on stimulating other parts. I've always found that very direct stimulation excites my clitoris the most. Squeezing, rubbing one side of it (No idea why I only get off from one side, it's always been messed up like that ), and the toothbrush. I find multitasking in masturbation challenging (I'm bad at multi tasking in everything, lol), and this very specific attention my clitoris seems to need is a nuisance as I like pressure elsewhere at the same time and to be able to vary that as it feels right. So yeah, I think a vibrator would make things 10 times easier for me...

Wow this is supposed to be such an instinct thing.

Managed to resist the urge to masturbate more than twice today >_>

Anyway, now I wouldn't mind some advice on what to look for in buying these things. I'm thinking about getting a dildo with a suction cup, a vibrator, and maybe lube. For the vibrator, what kinds are suitable for both insertion and clitoral stimulation? And for lube, will it be more effective than saliva?

Also uhhh one more question. When I manually stimulate my clit, I sometimes stop when it is really aroused as it feels slightly painful (Though extremely pleasurable) and my brain seems to force my fingers to stop. I think it gets in the way of my orgasm. Does everybody have this problem?

What is most likely happening is your clitoris is sticking out from under its hood. It is very sensitive to touch and directly touching it can cause pain in some women. Continue stimulating, but through the hood itself, but near the end where the clitoris is sticking out.

Uhhhh what exactly do you mean by the end near where it is sticking out?

When the clitoris sticks out, it can be seen usually as a white "pearl" (use a mirror). On a small number of women it is much larger and looks almost like a tiny penis. Back away from it so your motion does not touch it directly. This is on the hood, or the miniature dome shaped skin covering of the clitoris. Your probably going to be 1/4 or 1/8 inches from the end of the hood. Rub there or possibly squeeze or press depending on what feels good. Do that rhythmically.

If you are wet you can lubricate a finger and rub up and down along the opening of the labia minora and the area of the clitoris. You could also lubricate a finger with saliva or store bought lubricant.

In other words work around or beside it rather than on it.

And uhhh any advice on the actual purchase?

I'm a bit worried about it. I live with my mother atm so can't get it sent to me (so that rules out buying online) and it'd be far too embarassing to walk into a sex shop...

If you live near a major city the high end BDSM sex shops are often much less embarrassing to visit. The staff are usually very discrete and if the person in front of you in line is buying a whip and an inflatable sheep, its really tough to be embarrassed by a vibrator and dildo .

Brookstone stores (in lots of malls, sell random gadgets), also carry various "massagers" in um..interesting shapes and designs.

Yeah, but the dressing room area can be kind of interesting.

I have had chance to be in a "leather goods" manufacturer/wholesaler/retailer for my work, which took me into the manufacturing area and shipping area. Hmm, I don't remember seeing the product testing area. I'm sure they must have had quality control.

Hi, I have also had problems with orgasms. 2 years ago I was raped by my boyfriend, he was very drunk and did not understand what he was doing. After that we parted, but I no longer have an orgasm and began to avoid the guys. After the therapeutic course six months ago I bought myself (edit outbound link) and now everything is fine. I send all men to - this thing is my REAL FRIEND and will never hurt me.
