I tried wrapping a blanket around and around but it was like... too soft. I didn't actually get on it, but I think I wouldn't have been able to feel the table leg at all. I will try just a hand towel + coat over the top to make it a slipperer surface.
too much information, but I need to relieve tension again very shortly (I hate my period coming, I doubt any girl is as bad as me at that time =/), and I'm planning on doing this. It seems kinda hard to balance correctly (With the way I have to thrust against it while sitting), but hopefully it'll work out ok.Comment

I wouldn't say you have to stop masturbating for a while. We are all made differently and what works for Butterflylily might not work for you. When I just stopped for a while, I eventually stopped thinking about it much but when I did think about it, it was really hard to ignore. Even to the point of interfering with everyday life. If I tried to masturbate then, I would get really turned on but it would stay just out of reach and end in even worse frustration.
Regarding being really turned on close to your period, totally normal so don't worry about it.
Now I haven't tried one but there are dildos that suction to a wall or anything else. I would think putting that on the edge of the bathtub where you can straddle it might work for you, just another idea.Comment

Yeah, I think if I didn't just relieve the tension through masturbation then I just wouldn't be able to concentrate on other things such as school work. There is nothing worse than trying to read or write something while you are really horny and your lady parts are constantly reminding you that they exist! I do manage to relieve some tension even though I don't orgasm. Orgasming would possibly relieve more tension, right?
The dildo with the suction thing sounds like a good idea too. That would allow hands free g-spot stimulation so might make it a bit easier to just focus on my clit, maybe even with a vibrator (on clit) if the gspot stimulation is too strong for me to properly feel the manual stimulation on my clit. Would that be expensive to get a dildo with a suction thing?
Would many people have to masturbate every few hours right before their period though? (Assuming they are either sitting around doing nothing or doing something like studying)Last edited by FlowerFairy; 12-25-2010, 09:28 PM.Comment

Why do you feel the urge to masturbate so much ??Comment

I dunno. It seems to happen for the 3 or 4 days leading up to my period. I just get so horny and need to masturbate a lot to relieve it. Otherwise I just go crazy from it.
Anybody know of any other ways to relieve that hornyness before period? =/
It's embarassing how I have to masturbate so much then.Comment

FlowerFairy: There's a range in price. From really basic at about $10 to $75. I don't know if many ppl would need to do it that often but I imagine if you were orgasming you wouldn't need to do it as often. Now, I don't know you so I wouldn't discount the possibility that you may be using it as a crutch sometimes (ie. instead of a cigarette or chocolate ice cream lol.) But that's something you'd have to figure out, none of us here could tell you that.
sidneyalive: She said it's right before her period. So, a naturally fairly high sex drive added to a hormone surge and lack of orgasm would probably make a lot of ppl do it pretty often
Speaking as a woman with a high sex drive.

I've had orgasming problems for years and years, even before when I started getting so horny before period. (I'd say that the period problem only started maybe 3 or 4 years ago, though I really don't know)
So far today I've only done it once though. I think I'll do it again shortly, but then that'll be it for the day.Last edited by FlowerFairy; 12-25-2010, 10:19 PM.Comment
