Oh heck yeah. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to handle everyday life very well because I have a high sex drive. Though there are times when I need more than I can get on my own and those times can be really difficult.

For me regular sex does eliminate masturbation. Once a week is probably sufficient but still is somewhat frustrating. I don't get regular sex so I fill in with masturbation.

Believe it or not I DO not masturbate. I cannot get anything out of it. I do touch myself sometimes but not to the point of masturbating. I find it hard to get turned on enough to get there on my own. Maybe my past trauma still numbs me and until now I find it a challenge to reach the peak on my own or even with my husband (as often), relative to most women.
