What to do, what to do?

Find someone who will! I'm sure he doesn't mind you going down on him!

His excuse just reeks of selfishness. He's not thinking about how it'll make you feel so he obviously does not care about your needs. What's even worse, he's not satisfying you without it. Maybe he needs to consider that.

This may sound like I think relationships are based on sex; I don't. But I lots of men who would not think twice about going to someone else for a BJ if their SO was not doing it at home. Since his excuse is so lame, I'd find me a man who can lick me like I stole something.

If my wife was giving me regular BJ's, I'd be thinking all is right with the relationship. Stop with the mixed signals.

believe it or not, there are some guys who don't like to give oral. my cousin prefers not too, claiming that he's done it but he doesn't like the smell/taste down there. he did admit that he hooked up with a chick who was so clean he actually enjoyed it a couple months ago, but that was the exception.

then there is my roomate who can't even stand to hear the word "" when me and my friends talk about eating it. and he is apparently a straight guy.

personally, if i had the chance, unless she was super nasty, i'd show up between her legs wearing a bib ready to slurp up whatever came my way. but a lot of men seem to have hang ups over it.

          hi there bibbet,

men love to perform oral sex, or they don;t and unfortunately for you he doesn't. 3 years is along time. i would find someone else simply because i need to feel that my partner feels almost as much pleasure from pleasuring me as i do.

Dating is the time to weed out and weigh what you can and can't accept.

All I know about this is certainly not most, but some guys just don't give oral. They think it's unmanly. I know some of these guys and they think that their penis is enough pleasure for a girl no matter what she says. It's totally ridiculous.

Your man needs to understand what oral is all about: pleasing your partner. I never liked giving head until I found my current bf. He's amazing and I can't help but want to please him.

I really hope he changes his mind because he's being very selfish. Good luck!

This thread kind of surprises me. Nobody is obligated to perform any sex act they find distasteful. No woman has to give head to a man, and no man has to do so for any woman. If I require it, then I need to find a man who wants to do it for me. But to demand it as a right? I don't get that any more than if my husband demanded anal as his right. There are no such rights. Now, I do things that wouldn't be my first choice if it wasn't for the fact that it turns my man on so much. That's fine. But if it is downright distasteful or disgusting to a person, that's the way it is. For example, there are oral things my husband likes to do to me that I just cannot bring myself to do to him. If he decided I had to do it or else I'm selfish, well, he'd have to look elsewhere. There are some things that just aren't appealing to some people.

I don't think it should be considered a "right", but I think people should feel free to leave a relationship if they are not satisfied with their sex life. Some people just aren't sexually compatible. Of one person really enjoys an act that another finds disgusting, they will probably both be happier with someone else.

In my relationship with my BF I really had to explain to him how much pleasure I recieved through oral sex. He needed it explained to him straight foward because my hints never worked and I was just becoming more frustrated. After he figured out the pleasure I recieved from this and how I wanted it to occur he gives me oral sex about once per week and I return the favor.

In no way do I think you should hold back sex. Instead, tell him, you really need oral sex and if I don't get it, you are going to move on. Dating is a time to weed out the stupid and lazy. I would recommend though, you stop giving him BJ's as you are really sending him mixed messages.
