I’m not clear on why it’s a problem for her to masturbate or why you feel you need to do something about it. Ts disappointing that she doesn’t feel she can be honest, but if I may be honest—you sound judgmental about something normal and natural. Have you tried approaching the conversation (ideally outside the bedroom) in a more open way that doesn’t imply that she’s done something wrong? -
thank u for your help.

Honestly, it’s impossible to say. You’d know better than I.
It might be time to seek counseling if that’s possible. For whatever reason, communication has broken down. Women are often cautioned against masturbation for religious reasons, moral ones, or even spurious medical concerns about potential harm. The truth is that the lack of communication sounds like a larger issue than masturbating. She may have reasons for not telling you that have more to do with embarrassment or even shame depending on what she’s been taught.
Have you tried a frank, non-accusatory conversation outside the bedroom?
I wish you the best of luck figuring it out.Comment

Gypsy malone. I have read many of these stories and they all are very similar. I too have heard the snapping of knickers and every other thing you describe. I made a post a few weeks ago about sexsomnia. I have verified this to no end, however I still feel abit crazy at times due to the complete lack of awareness she’s displays.
Think about this. If you were trying to avoid being caught, would you make it so obvious as to allow your underwear to snap and suddenly turn around? Someone of sound mind would likely just stop and pretend to be asleep.
I could make a massive post with many examples, but I will keep it short.
I don’t think your wife is aware of this. When my wife does it, if I approach she will do exactly the same, but if I am careful and remain above the covers, I can literally put my hand on her and confirm.
Here is the crazy part. She reacts the same when she catches herself, but she is in such a state of sleep she does not remember. She will be doing in and then suddenly snap of kickers and jump up to go to the toilet. Think of it like how you forget dreams. She may suspect it but that suspicion is gone in the morning, or maybe even immediately.
Anyway, I just wanted to post to let you know that you are not going crazy. It appears she is bare face lying to you, but I don’t think she is.
There are people posting this type of story everywhere. Are these wives really brazenly masturbating and obviously hiding it and then point blank lying about it - on multiple occasions? For what?
You say she held her breath. Just a quick observation, Sleep apnea can cause sexsomnia as well.
as for my wife I am not sure of the cause, but typically people that read this type of stuff just think you are the crazy one imagining things, which is fair enough because it’s absolutely mind boggling. I actually saw one post of a concerned wife who convinced her husband to go to the GP and start some medication. Even though she said herself nothing happens if he sleeps alone. It’s was a textbook sexsomnia post.Comment
