This is what you told us. She changed her mind, she said NO, you continued - it's rape pure and simple. Also, your age doesn't matter (her age does). She is not of the age of consent. The age of consent for a "boy" is 16, not for a girl. I'd be very apologetic to her and hope she doesn't charge you.

She said okay first but then she changed her mind and told me we're not doing it while I was in the middle of feeling up her boobs.

Your lack of compassion, after you lack of understanding of what you were doing, is appalling. If she was hurt, you should have found out what you could do to help her or at a minimum, given her a shoulder to cry on. You should have followed up a number of times.
BTW, from what I read from you, I would call it rape, too.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

I'm sorry that you aren't finding much support here, and I do apologise, but I can't help agreeing with the others. If a girl says no at any time, its time for you to stop. Immediately. I know its difficult, but refusing to stop and asserting your dominance over her could be rape. If you stop, say sorry and do something else for a while (e.g. watch a movie) she may come around to the idea. Being sensitive to her needs and offering comfort goes a long way.Comment

Sodomy not only encompasses anal sex, it includes oral sex and other acts. As a legal definition it is used for anal rape in some places.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

if worst comes to worse I can just talk this over with her mom. She doesnt know we're having sex but i know shes suspicious (there was one incident two weeks ago when she walked in the house and she was giving me a blowie on the bed hahaha). Plus I know shes not gonna leave me because I'm all shes got. her dad died when she was in 5th grade.Edited previous reply
(However I believe she was trying to get you to realise the word rape) No banning.

Taking this too seriously, how old is everyone here? There is nothing legal happening just kids experimenting/having fun. Its the hormones. Shes coming over on tuesday anyway because its my birthday, my moms making koolaid. Ive been reading other forums and they say to use more lube/heat it/be slow etc. We'll just experiment till we get it right.Last edited by CHANDLERS WISH; 01-26-2013, 07:15 PM.Comment

I'm 53 and have been 2 juries that reached verdicts and almost was on a high profile one (but I knew the nephew of the victim).I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

It's actually pretty solid advice Harmony gave you. Your girlfriend obviously told her friend that you raped her. There's now a record on the internet that you admitted to her saying, "No," and you forcing her anyway. Your girlfriend's anus is also probably physically traumatized from you forcing her. People go to prison for less. At 16 it's a strong possibility you could be tried as an adult. In prison people who have raped girls get raped.
If you get away with this, good advice would be to stop forcing sex on people. It's called "rape." It's illegal for good reason. It's immoral. Neither your relationship to the person you raped, the fact that you were sexually aroused, them changing their minds, or the fact that you think they have no one but you in the world gives you the right to rape them. Think about it. How would you feel if a person you trusted penetrated you against your will? You should apologize to her."Those sowing seed with tears
Will reap with a joyful shout." - Psalm 126Comment
