    hi t2d

    What you do is terrific
thank u so much, i ve been known for this TERRIFIC since college ( not boasting )

i have done more than 2000 cardiac cath in 3 yrs (actually i stopped counting), never failed even once and now u shud count how many lives i would have saved.

if u have a hectic schedule to save time u ve to think n design ur life ( not sleep n wake up like a looser)

    i ll tell some examples

    - i ve designed my bathroom in such a manner i brush, i ****, i take shower all at one time, thats 5 min
    - b4 i sleep i keep a shirt (unbuttoned) and a pant n tell the flat security not to lock the main gate
    - my breakfasts are all liquid based, so when i dress up i drink n finish it, my lunch usually in car

my dad tuned me like this coz he was like that n im totally comfortable with this

Maybe consider your wife feels a little down on herself because she just can't keep up even though she thinks she should.
      she tells me that

I hear you but that just wouldn't work for me. I have to feel my husband next to me while we sleep. Actually we both like to feel each other and we have to be touching in some way weather it be our hands under his pillow or mine, our ankles are ALWAYS touching or we spoon. I can't imagine not waking up next to him even for good sleep. I actually have no clue what good sleep is anymore. I wake up about 3 times a night and am up before my alarm goes off every morning at 4:15.

Sleeping apart is not a solution it's usually the beginning of the end if you let it.
If I understand your last post, sleeping together you have a hard time sleeping?
That needs to be discussed also, not separated or pretty soon you'll be separating
            the furniture!

That's why you need to discuss it so you can sleep well again together!
