This might be a little questionable but if i were you i would buy some sex toys! heres why:

(edit) A large percentage of women have never had an orgasm. Me included. And i get nothing from self stimulation. The only times i felt i was even coming close was with my boyfriend. Patience and passion is what i think she needs. pressure is the furthest from sexy. A girl likes to feel sexy and safe with her guy and know that she turns him on (passion). You arent trying to pressure her i know but thats how it feels to her. So instead try showing her that she's sexy. tell her how she turns you on and during sex how she's making you feel. Give her confidence about her sexuality and sooner or later she will be open to diffrent ideas on how to achieve orgasm and trust you enough to talk more openly. But what do i know.
