Perhaps I can help, haha. I have a preference when it comes to the labia minora (inner lips). I love what I call the "butterfly lips" where the labia protrude quite a bit. Im not sure how common this is but very few porn stars have it with Veronica Rayne and Veronica da Souza being the only two I can think off the top of my head. Its more the shape but that particular shape neccessitates a larger than 'normal' size. So its really both.

I wouldn't require it in a mate though. It would just drive me wild if she had it. In general I guess I'm pickier than the average guy cuz even if a pretty girl has what I think are unattractive feet or hands or a weird walk I won't even look at her a second time.
