      Depends on what or who you are thinking of while doing it. For example fantasizing and lustful thinking are usually involved in masturbation and the Bible condemns such thoughts (Matt 5:28).
      My question is why did you stop doing it? Was it out of a sense of guilt in that you felt it was wrong? If so then do truly save yourself for marriage. The wait is well worth it.
