Ended my 6 year cold streak!

So this weekend I finally managed to get laid for the first time in almost 6 years!

I was at a friends house last night and they had a few people over for dinner and general merriment. It was all other couples, in fact, I'm the only single person they hang out with. Anyways, this girl I had met a couple times before through them was also there and this time she was newly single (hurray for me!). Usually in these situations I play it cool...to cool in fact, and never make a move. But last night I was just in a "eff the anxiety" mood and I pounced. I totally acted like I didn't know she had just broken up with her ex and instead let her know pretty early on that I thought she was hot. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that she was pretty hot...definitely out of my league. I'm an ***** man so it really helped that she had thick thighs and a thick booty to go with a cuter than average face and long dark hair. First time I've ever had sex with someone I was actually attracted to.

Anyways, I must have just been a rebound type fling, but I ended up convincing her to let me stay over at her place (so I could just leave whenever I wanted - a trick I learned from my cousin).

Anyways, I figured she was clean since she had been in a 5 year relationship, and she's friends with my friends who told me she was defo not promiscuous when I asked. So we ended up doing it without condoms. Another first for me. We did use that spermicidal film though, but because I've known of this girl for a few years now, I felt the reward was worth the small risk. Worst case scenario - just take some antibiotics.

I had no idea the vagina felt so warm and soft without the latex! ****. Anyways, the weird thing was that it took me forever to ejaculate. She was pretty impressed...thought I was some kind of sex athlete, lol, but even though it felt awesome, I just wasn't getting that stimulation to put me over the top. We must have been going at it for about 40 minutes in various positions, and I finally had to just ram her in doggy style as hard as I could in order to blow my load. She liked it, but I'm not really a power-************r and I lose a lot of sensation when I have to try that hard. This morning we had sex again, and I still lasted a long time, so I pulled out and jerked myself off and came on her tummy cuz I had to be somewhere else this afternoon. I could tell she had a pretty good time and while I didn't ask, I'm fairly certain she came once when I was going down on her and few times while we actually did it. Definitely felt some spasms a few times during the deed.

But while I don't want to be a premature ejaculator, I'd like to be able to cum with a lot less effort. I've always had the problem of not being able to cum easily during sex but I had assumed before it was due to lack of attraction to the girl and the use of a condom, but this time neither of those was an issue. Anyone else have any similar issues?

a_dub, you have been with Rosie(Rosy) Palmer and her five sisters for so long, being with a real girl has neither the tightness not the sensation you are used to. Backing off on the self abuse (or quitting) will go a long way in enhancing the sensation so you orgasm quicker.

By the way, congrats on making it back to intimate relationships between men and women. May your tomorrows be ever better. Also, good use of tongue.

Ahhhhh...I was afraid of that. A friend of mine told me that since he's quit wacking off, he now busts very quickly with women. And he's had a lot more sex with a lot more women than I have. I guess he wasn't lying.

      Thanks for the words, jns!

This is true, and the way you put it made me laugh. Now my five year old wants to know what's so funny...

Lets play a game, it is called Google the Disease...the winner is the one who is not grossed out first. I want to be a doctor so the images do not bother me 'gross' wise. Google image Herpes, Google chlamydia, Google genital warts, Google Syphilis. These are just some of the "worst case scenario"s out there.

Oh and unfortunately the antibiotics basically do not work anymore. So many people have become infected and either have not gone to the doctor for meds and the bacteria have mutated to become resistant, or people have taken meds and did it very incorrectly and the bacteria have mutated to become resistant. Our medical arsenal we once had is no more.

Another thing, if you get the not so lovely herpes virus well you are hooped because an antibiotic is not going to do anything to fix a viral infection. You have that virus for life. The only thing you get is some pain meds for the painful blistering sores that develop unannounced for the rest of your life.

I forgot, the other possible "worst case scenario"...you just signed yourself up for 18 years of child support.

              Yeah, congratulations...
Don't mean to rain on your parade...but promiscuity is no true indicator of health status my dear. It increases likelihood but it only takes one infected partner to give you (or her) a virus or bacteria and some lie dormant, or symptoms go unnoticed, so she may not even know she has it.
And she's not promiscuous, but she did have a one-nighter with you, so did you wonder how many others she may have had since the breakup, & before your chance meeting?
I'd get tested my dear...people feel a sense of safety when they think its a mutual friend, but you're still strangers basically and nobody really knows what she's been up to. She could've been cheating in that relationship or HE could've been, and infected her...
You're probably absolutely fine, but get tested anyway because you just don't know and some of those infections can be serious if untreated.

And that contraceptive film, if its the one I've used, is good for only about 3 hrs so I hope you reapplied. And I believe its meant to be used with other methods, like condoms, not alone.

I'm not sure why a lot of the posts in this thread have sexual diseases as a theme. I've seen threads that don't have sexual disease posts at all when discussing dating behavior. Such as:

(This is nothing against you, jen.) It seems as if people are piling on a_dub about his encounter. He has came a long way in having an encounter with a young lady that turned sexual.

a_dub, are you looking forward to a second (maybe it should be considered a first) date? If you are, will you be starting to find out if you two have common interests? Have you two talked since?

I agree with Jns on this. While STDs are always a potential concern, they are far from universal, and its really quite rare to get something incurable. CDC numbers seem to indicate something like a 1% rate for STDs. If you start sleeping with lots of different people, the odds get worse.

First, I love a_dub. It was in that spirit that I was busting his chops.

I've seen plenty of posters come on here talking about having unprotected sex and in a panic. I don't think I've ever said anything. The difference is that they were in a panic, or at least contrite. It's not the fact that he did it, but the attitude that sounds like something you'd here in a public service announcement that I was talking about.
