I can't speak to that. My guess is that the cold tip of my tongue is not enough "cold" to disrupt her pleasure. I think would happens is, and I've noticed this, the tip of the tongue will feel stiffer. She says she likes it a lot. It's so hot down there that the cubes melt quick.
