Sounds fishy to me ....i don't like the nympho comment, like pinky said it's a compliment, but he said it defensively, wbich means he's feeling threatened about something. Maybe just this celabicy thing, but maybe he's telling you a story too. Btw, it's hilarious how that doesn't seem to stick when you get hot.

As if something scared him into suddenly wanting to change. I do have some thinking to do thanks.
Myself I believe in God but no way does he come first before my wife or daughters or my grand daughters for that matter. They are the most important people in my life period. I can really say you do have some serous thinking to do if you want to continue on with a relationship your boy friend wants you to live with him. With that saying god comes first over you that right there would make me myself be done with him and moving on.

I feel badly for you. You have invested 6 years with in a man who now is unsure if the relationship has a future. Given this information, it appears to me as if he has one foot out the door. His new found religiousness may be an excuse for him to leave or he is hoping you will make the decision for him and kick him out.

We went through similar stuff before we got married. I don't think it's necessarily anything beyond what he says.

For us the only alternative was marriage or break up. Celibacy was not going to happen. The one thing I do agree with is that 6 years is a long time to not know what he wants. But, if he's going through a spiritual refocusing, a lot of other things may be unclear besides: God first.

I honestly think he is trying to get you to break up with him. He does not have the guts to dump you.
