As a good practice, swallowing is better done with partners who you are sure about. The same principle applies to any physical intimacy where bodily liquids are exchanged. If you are clear about STD's and any other potential issues then semen tasting is a good way of even knowing how your partner is faring in their health. For myself I am more into swapping and prefer a cocktail of more than a couple of partners

Natalie: You've re-opened the age old adage - "To swallow or not to swallow, that is the question." For those women who find the act, taste, or texture unpleasant, ask yourself, "For a short time, am I willing to try/do something a little unpleasant in order to show love and acceptance to my lover?"

I used to loathe the taste of cilantro. But the restaurant that served my favorite burrito only served it with cilantro. So I ate it that way. Slowly I acclimated to the taste of cilantro. I still don't love it but at least I tolerate it enough to enjoy one of my favorite dishes. For those women who find it gross or unpleasant I would say try swallowing your lover's semen about a dozen times. If after that you still find the act, taste, or texture unpleasant than at the very least your lover will appreciate you making the full college effort. If it's only the act of swallowing that you find unpleasant then perhaps you can still take his semen in your mouth and then drool it out over your chin and onto your breasts and tummy. That visual should leave him very satisfied. If after a dozen tries you still can't tolerate him ejaculating in your mouth, then perhaps consider inviting him to cum ON your mouth. This visual is the ultimate for lots of men (just ask Romy how happy her lover is). Just seeing his semen on your smiling face will leave him so satisfied that he'll spend the whole day washing the dishes, vacuuming the house, and answering to your every beck and call. He'll be giddy as a school boy. And you don't even have to take one single drop of semen in your mouth! Lovers do little things for one another (even if they're are a little unpleasant at first).

If you won't at least give a dozen tries to either of these "extra" menu items, then I don't know what to say. To each their own.

I think that's good advice. Start slow and work up to it. Take as long as you need to. After many times doing it you'll realize it's not a problem. Then you can start enjoying it.

In most cases I suspect simple ignorance and in a few maybe even envy. They probably don't swallow very often. My husband cums into my mouth and I swallow. We do this every other morning, so I have quite a bit of accumulated experience. :-) It is the only way he can achieve orgasm. (Yes, seriously.) At first I did it because he needed me to. I still do it partially because he needs me to, of course!, but it means way more to me than just that now-a-days. For a very long time I've been very much enjoying doing it (I'd say I love swallowing cum and I have the Cafe Press t-shirt to prove it) and would not want to stop even if I was told I didn't have to do it. I remember that before I started swallowing cum I was actually a bit afraid of cum and he helped me get over my initial fear. But for the life of me I have no memory of why I had that oddball fear in the first place (that was too many years ago now). Any such fears would certainly seem rather childish, silly and even embarrassing to me now. At no time would I have ever said it was disgusting. Cum is quite good. I'd say it is an acquired taste that didn't take much time or effort on my part to acquire. I'd go so far as to say that if one has even the slightest motivation to become a cum lover and enthusiastic cum swallower and one also swallows cum reasonably often (as I do), it's a good bet you will amazingly quickly succeed at achieving your goal and then some. :-) Mind you I'm also a huge oral sex fan. I achieve orgasm via oral sex only myself. I can't even do it via masturbation. His tongue is a magic carpet in that regard.
Wow I totally agree with you tinyclitt. I love cum! I take it as my reward for doing a good job. I admit the first few times I let a guy cum in my mouth it seemed weird (which was years ago), but it quickly became not a problem at all. I don't mean to judge others but I sometimes wonder if women who find it disgusting just have a mental block. I mean if you think about almost any sex act with a prudish attitude you can find it disgusting. Once you accept cum as normal you realize it's no big deal. Except it is a big deal to guys. I've never met a guy who doesn't absolutely love shooting his cum into my mouth or on my face. In fact I'd say the biggest frustration men have shared with me about other women is how they won't let them cum in their mouths. Men love their cum and they want a woman to love their cum as well.

I started taking cum in my mouth from the very first time I had sex. I had no qualms about it but I really start to prefer it once when I got pregnant even though I was on the pill. Ever since then I've been adamant about not letting a guy cum in my vagina. It's not a problem since most men prefer to cum in a woman's mouth or on her face. It gives them a deep sense of satisfaction and acceptance.

I've never had any problem swallowing cum. In fact, it seems the most natural thing to do. Even if you find cum disgusting it seems to me spitting it out just makes it worse. Swallowing gets rid of it quicker.

Plus I figure swallowing is the safest way to let a man cum in you. You less likely to get an STD if the cum is in your stomach than in your vagina.

I'm not sure that all women who find semen disgusting have a mental block. I truly believe that some genuinely find the taste and texture revolting.

I think a part of actually loving semen - well for me personally, is that I love my SO so much that I want as much of him as I can get but if I was to say, have a one night stand, there is no way I'd be interested in swallowing the man's semen or have him cum on my face. For me a lot of it has to do with the way I feel about my SO.

Sorry I don't really mean to judge others. I certainty don't want to be judged so I apologize if I seem to pass judgement. I just have this idea that too many women maybe tend to be to reserved and prudish about sex. It's like they think what a man wants is disgusting and they are not going to sink to a man's level of being an animal. Like women have to defend some sort of barrier against men's dangerous desires. I base this on what men have told me because they are pleasantly surprised to find I'm uninhibited and willing.

I just think more women would enjoy sex more if they approached it more like a man. Just my humble opinion.

I've mostly swallowed since I was a teenager. One thing I've noticed is some guys seem to ejaculate more than others, (lol).

I did have an ex that didn't like woman swallowing semen. I feel some men can be prudish and uptight about sex as well, even though society stereotypes men as sex fiends. I like swallowing and facials simply bc I turns me on. It has nothing to do with being in love, or liking the person .

Your point is taken, though I've never personally met a guy who doesn't want a woman to swallow his semen. I agree about semen being a turn on. I can't explain but the warm feeling, taste and texture of semen in my mouth and on my face really excites me. And in response to cathy23's comment, I too have noticed a difference in the amount some guys ejaculate. Of course, all guys vary by age and depending on how often they ejaculate, but still some seem to produce more. One guy I knew always produced tons of the stuff. The color and viscosity also vary a lot. Some semen is watery and semi-clear while some is very thick, creamy and almost pearly white.

Well there many porn movies made for this type of kinky of women who enjoy swallowing loads from strange men. Pretty much every adult book store or adult theater peeps booths that women you are enjoying doing just this it's something that really turns them on.
