    Does size matter?

I'm curious....some women will tell men that size really doesn't matter, it's how they use it that counts but is this really true.....

For me, I don't expect excessively well endowed but I want and need to feel him filling me up inside, both vaginally and anally. I guess to a certain extent length isn't the main issue, width definitely is.

Ladies, what are your honest thoughts on this topic and no politically correct answers please or back tracking from previous posts....

Have you had penises that don't do it for you or those that do it better than others?

To be honest all the penises I've been with are average to above average so I cannot say really as they were all fine. I think there is a case for being too large and for being really small. That's my opinion but my opinion wouldn't be the same as everybody else. Actually I do remember being with a boy over 20 years ago who was HUGE. I'm talking long long ago that I barely remember but I do recall struggling to get his penis inside me - not fun.

Previous threads agree (because you can't get away from them, sorry!) that the realm of average is probably good enough for most people, that there are certainly sizes that fall outside of the average that are either too small to take care of business or too big for comfort, and that the final answer really depends on how much the female partner care about penetration. But that MOST penises are of a sufficient size to make MOST partners happy.

Personally, I set a great deal of store by PIV penetration (oral's less like the icing on the cake and more like sprinkles in my case.) But - previous to childbirth at any rate, though I doubt it's changed - I had issues with penetration by above-average penises in length or width. So as long as a potential partner falls in the range of below average to slightly above average, the size isn't making a great deal of difference for me. When a man gets outside that range, he might be Mister Perfect in every other way, but it's not going to work.

All things being equal, size does matter to me. However, things are never completely equal. The guy, the time, and my mood all matter. But size is an important factor for me. First, just visually, just seeing a large penis excites me more. It seems more potent and powerful. And size is certainty important in making me feel filled up and stretched. In that regard, girth is more important than length. A thick penis fills and stretches me more than penis that is longer but of average diameter. Fortunately, girth and length are usually proportional, so big is really big. And just to reemphasize, just the sight of a large penis does a lot for me.

The sight of a large and thick penis has made me aversive. It's hard to take it in . It literally feels like it doesn't fit. Long and thin is better.

What's the largest people have had?

Susan, what's a good girth for you or what is the thickest you've had? Thinnest? The average length is said to be 5-6 inches, and average circumference or girth is 4.8 inches.

Does penis shape affect a woman's pleasure? Upward curves that hit the g spot or head to shaft ratio for example.

I've been told by all the few women that I've been with that I am VERY! large, larger than any men that they have seen or been with.I remember this one woman I had started seeing and when the time came for us to get intimate and when she saw my penis. She looked at me and said,"Oh h****l NO! you aren't sticking that big thing in me"and that was the last time we ever got together.Yes we have seen eachother in passing, but never dated again. To be honest,I was alittle hurt that night, because after that.I got to thinking,What are other women gonna say when they see me like she did.

For me its the thickness or girth that does the job as long as it is hard. I mean hard like a steel rod! Tried a guy one time that was huge, but could not get totally hard. Felt like trying to do a huge lump of clay; very disappointing. I guess that's why I like the young guys so much. They are close to their twenties and as hard as steel!

Maybe she was on the smaller side or had been hurt before. You probably saved yourself a lot of headache from dealing with someone like that, though. Telling someone their genitals don't do it for you is going to hurt anyway. But someone who is tactless enough to say it that way is not worth your time.
