Quoted from Wikipedia - Circumcision is most prevalent in the Muslim world, Israel, the United States, the Philippines, South Korea and Africa. Circumcision is also commonly practiced in the Polynesian islands of Samoa, Tonga, Niue, and Tikopia.

Shows quite the contrary .... we are not the only ones.
There is a method to my madness ........ I just haven't found it yet.

        Hystorm.....

        To answer that original question!

If you can do it, and do it good, then it doesn't matter

Keep loving that wife of yours as you do, truthfully, it's all about loving that man and as a result, we " who said that Richard?" own that penis and make love to it as it is ours.

I don't think it matters if he is or not, in that circumstance........

        CW

I think you left us along time ago here.......... lol....

So replying to your original question.....

Hey Anom, of the subject which i don't tent to agree, only i said my peace with Hystorm who in think left along time ago...

You were involved in a war? At 22?

Is that what i just read?

If so, that's tough i think at such a young age having to go through that sort of thing when you don't want to.

Still, opinions are opinions and i think maybe this is the first time i have seen you full on, going, for it so to speak?

I really did love your last word... I used it back...

          PEACE....

Sorry Little, i rarely do it now, it's that edit button...

This really appears very deep for you. I have read ,many a post you were, sorry, just another anonymous white MALE... whom i read for advise at 44. Yep and you are 22, not the matter.

But you have studied and studied and replied on something that is , well nothing what HYSTORM asked.

You will never agree to agree and then you will agree and other's will agree but never let anything eat you to this point, it's not worth it....

          Everyone to their own opinion.....

Never seen you like this. can i be bold and say? "CHILL".....

Again, sorry for the second post, take 10 points of i don't care...

I hate seeing such i don't know, not prepared to say to be honest.

Chandlers Wish, nope - I haven't been involved in a war, you must've misread . The one thing I mentioned about war was to point out that South Korea only adopted circumcision because of the American military and cultural influence from the Korean war.

But yes, you're right - I suppose what I'm talking about has become disjointed from the original posters question. For some reason circumcision and it's proponents really get my goat, the thought of someone deciding I don't need a bodypart that evolution graced me with for a reason without my permission just seems far too cruel to be so accepted in our supposedly moral and developed society. People I've known who've been circumcised feel victimised, and wish it hadn't happened.

When I strongly discuss the subject, I guess it's in the hope that maybe some of the potential mothers might think twice before taking a blade to their babies penis. As quoted from wiki before, here in England (and europe (sorta illegal in sweden) it's seen as highly unethical - so you can see why I'm shocked hearing girls say that they're freaked out by a penis as "god" intended.

Lots of times conversations stray from the original purpose of the thread ... is that BAD?
And CW, what does anybody's age have to do with anything? In case you didn't notice, I'm NINETEEN. You don't seem to have a problem with my words, why someone else's?

I think female "circumcision" is disgusting ... I personally call it Female Genital Mutilation. It's done precisely so that women don't take any pleasure from sex, and in some cases designed specifically so that the man has more pleasure at the woman's expense. This is going to be a very graphic sentence, so the weak-stomached beware ... In some places, they actually remove every bit of tissue between the clitoris and the vaginal opening, every bit of the vulva, and sew it all together leaving only a little room for fluids to exit. They tie the girl's legs together until it all heals and when she is married, her husband cuts her open with a knife.
I don't think of that the same way as circumcision.
Actually that guy I talked about, there was a lot of "talk" about him not being circumcised. It was pretty shocking in this tiny Tennessee town. You can boil it down to cultural differences; but if you want to get picky about it ... Europe abolished slavery long before we did in the states; why shouldn't they have just made this next moral decision before us too?

This is not something I decided on my own. Yes the father's made the decision. As I stated earlier I have been married twice. Both of my children are products of my 2 marriages - Oldest son from my first marriage, youngest son from my second marriage. As I posted earlier my first husband was NOT circumcised, he made the final decision on my first son. My second husband WAS, he made the final decision on my second.

I see pros and cons to both sides of the issue. I'm not going to get into a debate as to whether this is right, wrong etc. etc. You have your right of opinion, as does everyone else. Me I have no opinion one way or another as I have had two husbands one "with" one "without", it doesn't bother me one way or another. A man is a man whether he's been circumcised or not.

Oh, just so I don't sound like an ignoramus - I wasn't comparing female "cirucmcision" to male circumcision. It's obviously far worse. What I meant by bringing that up is that I won't heed any moral imperitives from a culture which would accept something as appaling as female "circumcision". Hence, it means nothing that in Africa some men are circumcised - it doesn't add to the morality of the operation.

                      Agreed 100%.
When I married my husband until my honeymoon night I did not know whether he was circumcised or not...Don't tell me as I know I was a borderline idiot.....Let's put it this way....Like the Virginia Slims commercial.....I have come a long way baby!!!!!!

How big he was, how he looked or anything else about him made no difference to me...I knew he could get a wonderful hard on but the rest was yet to come.....(no pun intended).....It just made no difference...

I think both ways on a man are very sexual.....Great turn on at least for me but I love sex....Our sons were circumcised because my husband was. Never any thought about it...

To speak about the horror that a woman has to go through when this is done should not be in the same thread. It just should not be.....It is a crime against womankind....

As far as I am concerned whether it feels better to some does not matter...Sex is a mind game......you do the filling in of the blanks....
