[quote=jonny;44744]I bet my blanket statement goes for most uncut men.[quote]
based on their sensitivity compared to what? They know they are sensitive but they wouldn't know if they would be if they were cut, they never felt it to compare.

[quote=jonny;44744]It's just as evasive? Can I ask you a question? How do you remove a penis implant?

I think we know which one of those is extreme. And which one isn't even close. [quote]
You remove them the same way a woman would have hers removed. Surgically. Put to sleep, cut open and have the implant taken out. Very compareable. Men just get all defensive when the subject is their pee pees.

    [quote=jonny;44744]Those aren't reproductive organs.

And having nipple numbness, or having a sore doesn't compare to becoming impotant because you now have made your penis partially fake.[quote]
whats the difference if they are reproductive or not. They are still body parts that have been altered and have issues. Vaginal tightening surgery IS working with the reproductive organs. So is hysterectomy.

[quote=jonny;44744]Penis implants from all accounts don't truly work. So there is nothing they can do.

For women there are tons of things.[quote]
Do you know anyone that has a penile implant? Do you have information that shows statistics for failure? John Bobbit... an example of succesful implant. He went on to be a porn star and had children after his wife cut his wang off. MDs reattached it but there were problems so he opted for a little help. Transexuals... men that get that tons of stuff you profess that only women can fall back on.

[quote=jonny;44744]But wait......If we have problems. We should just cut out pesky skin off. Right? [quote]

Listen. Apparently you don't get it. The reason why it is so senstive is because it has skin to protect it from rubbing against things.

        It is more senstive

        It isn't comparable at all.

I highly doubt a dudes wang is even gonna properly work when it is done.

Tightening really again doesn't compare to making part of it fake.

I will add this and not get into any discussion....Circumcision is your own personal choice....There is no right or wrong...What my feelings are or anyone else's is our opinion and our right to speak....

I read a lot...I have a library full of books because at this later age in life I crave knowledge...I just plain love to read...Among the books I have, I have read where one of the biggest arguments with Prince Charles and Princess Diane, was after William was born. This was whether to circumcise him or not...He wanted it done....She did not...She won this argument...I believe that it said that the Royal family had their son's circumcised...With this knowledge, not all of England adheres to what is being said....It is a choice of each person to choose what they want done to their child...Nobody is right and nobody is wrong...TC, C

Studies for and against do not give me absolute proof of either. Studies are performed on minute numbers of people not the entire population. It is also possible that if these studies were performed with a different group of people the outcome may be different.

There have been thousands upon thousands of men that have lived through the centuries that have been circumcised and thousands that haven't. If one way or the other caused major health and/or mental issues within the male population I think we would have found out by now.

I think that the biggest issue here is that it is an act that is performed on an individual without their consent.
There is a method to my madness ........ I just haven't found it yet.

Yes, I absolutely agree. If anyone chooses to get a cirumcision, that's great, that's their informed decision. Having that decision made for you at an age where it affects you greatly, is not on, in my opinion.

The point of consent seems to have been bogged down by relatively trivial minor points.

I personally, seem to feel that this is a "huge" issue.. Parents make decisions of course, on behalf of their children and when those children are at an age to make their own decisions they will make them themselves.

ie) My Father would not let me get my ears pierced, stating if "God" had meant for you to have holes in your ears he would have made them.... Um, i have two now in each.

But, the difference here for me, is that that is a dicision i CAN make when i'm older for myself and i did.

This is not something that i think a Man want's to make when he is older, ie 16/17 he would say NO immediately i think just for pain sake alone, but one that mentally can effect him if done and he feels as he grows that he wished it never was, but had no say in it.

If a parent get's their 4 year old's ear pierced, it's not reversable but if the child for what ever reason choses that they don't like it, they just don't have to wear earings, and i know that's totally different but i'm saying, it's not something that can effect them emotionally really..

And again, was this not a MAN MADE decision based on so called facts, like the scientistss that say don't eat chocolate, oh wait a minute, dark chocolate is actually good, etc, changing their mind as time goes by and further research..

                  It's a tough one really.

Im not going to post the SEVERAL studies that counter your information not just pieces of two or three. Some of the information comming from the same sights that you used. The WHOLE study not just snippets that support not circumcising then the rest stating that overall, there really is no significant loss to sensitivity and moreover, more men report better sex. These being later in life circumcisions. Men who can actually say there is a difference one way or the other. I could also post testimonials from men who had later in life circumcisions that state its the best thing they have ever done. There is just as much info in support of as against and this is what we are seeing with the back and forth quoting. Thats what makes a good debate. Pro's and con's and information to support it. If anyone feels they need me to spam the pro's from other sources let me know and I will copy and paste.

Later in life circumcisons have higher incidence of complications and whatnot thats why they are done early. Also, later in life, given the choice, men just cringe with the thought of anyone going near their parts for any reason other than pleasure.

Circumcision is not part of the sex ed teaching. We teach our children how its important to have yearly checkups and that for preventative reasons but circumcision is never discussed as a preventative tool. Girls in the US are taught about the possibility of cancer and STDs and genetic testing that indicate they might get one or the other or something else and as of late, many women are opting for preventative breast removal and hysterectomys and other preventative proceedures. Yes, they do remove stuff BEFORE they get sick Johnny.

What kills a good debate is childish name calling and sputtering. Reminds me of kids standing there with the oh yea? well your stup id and your feet stink game.

As far as John Bobbit, his wang is the best looking part of him. Also, his is his original tool with implants. You laugh all you want but he is rich and famous, what does he care. I guess it wouldnt be so funny if he was laughing at your wang tho.

could you make a point that makes sense relevant to the topic or a relevant point.

                    One more thing Anon...
if you are going to be a grammar nazi, start on your pal Johnny and move on to those 1's that tell u there story wit all da shortcuts n single letters cuz them r da 1's that relly cud use ur patrol and oh gawd forgive me for my occasional mispelling and incorrect homonym. I know I should be beat

I guess we can now wait for your reply and then move on. Just for the record. My first son was circumcised... out of my control. My second is not. My choice.

Before both of our sons were circumcised, we talked at length with the Pediatrician.....The fact that my husband was not, did not enter into this...He pointed out from the cleanliness standpoint and the fact that it does not affect his sex life and probably only makes it better, plus the fact that the child would not really feel it now made our decision easy...I loved the way my husband looked and felt...I think it made oral sex fantastic and neither of our sons has had any regrets for this action...However, I do know that when my husband was in the Navy that a few guys were circumcised who wanted it and had a rough time with it...It was painful....But in the end that they were more than happy.....
