I smile a lot. Ask them about everything imagineable. Spend as much time around them as possible. Find ways to casually touch their arm or leg during conversation. I make eye contact for a longer period of time (more so than just a glance). Invite them to do things with friends. Remember little things about them to ask about later. If you smile when no one else is around, you really mean it.

One thing that I apparently do, but don't realize (my friends always tell me I do it), is simply talk to him about things you have in common. And act really excited when you find out you both like it, ask questions, this and that. Not in that phony way though, I'm usually genuinely into it. Most often, I'm not even trying to flirt, or even interested, but my friends used to always think I was flirting by doing it. And apparently it gets the guy's interest, so there's one thing.
The thing I do on purpose, haha... and I did this when I met my boyfriend... is the little middle school type things. Like when I was sitting next to him, I would keep pushing the side of his knee with mine and make it seem like I was goofing around and playing a game with him. Things like that so he'll feel comfortable around me and know that I'm not some uptight chick. I'm aware of how obvious it is, but he thought it was cute. And I tease him all the time.

DARNIT! I have missed out on SO many dates by not picking up on that. I used to wonder why that random girl was smiling at me...........and giving eye contant.I do little things like smile and give eye contact. Also, lightly grazing their arm or full contact on a part of their body when they say something funny. Sometimes I tilt my head to the side and look at them intently to show that I am listening. If I'm really interested in you then I bite my bottom lip. It depends on the setting though really.
