    I think you've got the right approach, atskitty2. You're very sensible and are right to look out for yourself. Do what you're doing, and you'll be OK down the line. The fact you've had fun is wonderful and now you can move on. Again, you've got the right approach.

        You're welcome, atskitty2. As long as you're happy, that's all that matters. It sounds selfish, but I'd always advise someone look out for number 1 in relationships. If you spend your time pleasing someone else - and neglecting your own needs - you're going to end up in misery. You are right to look out for yourself and not put up with a second grade relationship, full of worry and concern.
