im gonna tell you what a co worker told me a few years back..i have stuck with it and it makes life alot easier after a breakup.

if he has left you for someone else,thats his decision. you have no ties to him now.no children. let the lawyers handle it. i have never been married,so that aspect i cannot comment on.
do not try to stay friends
do not keep in contact
do not call,email,write or drop in to see how he is doing.he CHEATED ON YOU!
once a cheater always a cheater,esp since she cheated as well.one will end up cheating on the other trust me.but if you keep him in your life,it will just drag you down.cut off all contact and you will bounce back that much quicker.

i am searching for answers. i just want to know how to feel today? i see you posted 2009. i just want to know if it gets better?

everything you described from eating and dating and just trying to live is me. that is how i feel.

it's like you know what is happening to me. you're the first person (and there has been alot) that described everything i am feeling.

days are just so hard to get by. they are sitting there so happy and care free and i am here. lonely and hurting. why did this happen?

do you think there is any way to fix all of this?
