Believe it or not my favourite ward was CCU head trauma, long term care. I really felt like I was helping.

Those that said Kiyomi could lead to a big problem in my marriage were right. Last night during our after going to bed, before sex, small talk; my husband asked me what made me think Kiyomi was gay. I didn't know what to say at first but finally said that she told me. Now I can't remember if she actually told me, so that might have been a lie.
After the initial show of disapproval of her being gay, my husband has warmed up to her, maybe too much. Sometimes it seems like he is flirting with her. I'm just wondering if he is trying to prove me wrong about her being gay. I'm also wondering how far he would go to prove me wrong.
The thought has crossed my mind that I might be jealous, something that a Buddhist is not supposed to feel.sigpic

All forms of jealousy are wrong? I'm guessing that monogamous marriage is fine, right? I don't see how you can maintain one without jealousy. In my mind it's not only good, but necessary.
I think the kind of jealousy or envy that makes you desire other people's stuff or to hate them for what they have is bad. But what would motivate you to protect your exclusivity with your spouse but jealousy?"Those sowing seed with tears
Will reap with a joyful shout." - Psalm 126Comment

In my opinion the teaching of feeling whole as a person is a wonderful thing. Life is about lessons Chaya, no one is perfect and feelings are normal. One can strive to be whole, complete, no concerns about partners but it takes wisdom and age to reach a lot of things in life.
He is a man. He may very well be ascertaining whether she is gay or bi-sexual... Curious . Or he may feel safe, comfortable because you have advised him that she is gay and finds it amusing.
The bottom line is, she was a wrong choice, you had relations with her and bought her into your home.

Wonder what you'll be reflecting on tomorrow at your Day of Reflection? Lol
. Just kidding...I know this isn't funny.
I'm wondering if you didn't assume she was lesbian since you had an encounter with her.
I think this is just further evidence that you need to get her out of your home, and maybe out of your life.Comment

Sometimes guys believe that a lesbian will change if she is around a prime example of a male. This may be more in certain religious mindsets. After the initial show of disapproval of her being gay, my husband has warmed up to her, maybe too much. Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, VirginiaComment
