Has anyone tried the boric acid? I found something online called "yeast arrest" but it looks like the new formula they have out now, is not so great. But apparently you can buy the stuff and fill it in capsules. It just seems weird to me to put something up there that also kills insects... *shudder*

how many IU 's of vitamin d were you taking? I've been taking the Lavada for two weeks, no significant change yet. Went out and bought Whey powder too. So this week, lol, my regime is to take 1 pill of goldenseal, a probiotic for colon health, my rephresh probiotic, 2000 iu vitamin D3, and insert a homeade whey suppository everyday for five days.......then i will stop taking the goldenseal and whey after five days. I really jacked myself up over the weekend too, very surprised my GYN didnt say i was irritated yesterday at my annual. She also said she couldnt see or smell anything!!!yeah right, my nose must be harboring BV particles!

I definitely feel your pain :/ I was taking 2000 IU of vitamin D and it took about 6 weeks of taking lavada for my body to change. I've read some articles that said it could take longer for lavada to have an impact and some that said shorter.

I've tried your method and it works! I purchased the acidophilus pills (in vitamen section green bottle yellow lid) and I insert it vaginally 3 times last month and I take two Nature's Bounty Extra Strength Acidophilius capsules every night.

I never thought I would feel human again...I felt great all month! My period is about to go off I haven't mastered that part yet so I still get this really foul ordor toward the end of my period. I will keep you posted with this months turn out. Thanks!

Acidophilolus pill and teatree oil didnt do a thing for me ......... the only thing that help me was the peroxide douches and the molkosan vogel now i use it ever other day 2tsp droppers still working

I also did a vag rinse with full strength H2O2 followed by a rinse of distilled water. I still have my whey balls that i made also. Three days, no stinky.....) However. i'm trying to determine whether or not to purchase the molkosan because the only whey i found was fat free!! i'm wondering if it makes a difference. I know some of you might think using the peroxide full strength is crazy but on dr. christian's site there is no direction to dilute the solution so i tried it. wouldnt recommend doing it 7 days in a row though. However, it does work!
