I've looked at those devices and they are quite pricey!! Do you think that there are any 'home remedies' for a kegal device? I do them just squeezing myself and have had awesome results, but always interested in getting even better at strenghtening those muscles. Do you think a regular dildo could be used for kegal practices?

I've done unassisted kegels for many years and noticed a significant different with a resistance device. I chose the kegel master but I know there are others. They run right around $100 US and worth every penny.

It's not a dildo, despite it's appearance, There are springs which allow you to increase the reisistance levels as you strengthen the muscles.

Ohhhh okay that makes the price more reasonable I was thinking it was just the shape or something.

I want to my muscles tight not only for great sex but I've seen what letting that area go can cause.

I've never heard of resistence devices ! I'm not sure how of the exact measurement but I would say between two and a half to three inches.

If you enjoy penetration, it just might be that he's not a good match for your needs. If sex in important to your happiness like it is for many people, its probably good to decide that now, before either of you are emotionally invested for years and you finally decide its just not enough.

I love penetration myself, but for me I don't need it deep or thick to be satisfied. I enjoy finger penetration as much as intercourse. Its just a spot in me that needs a little stroking that isn't that deep in that does the trick. But all of our bodies are different and respond to different forums of stimulation.

Not only that, many guys are thicker at the base and covering up the penis will therefore take away from girth size. Guys can have just .25" of pubic fatpad but can also have up to several inches of pubic fatpad. The average pubic fatpad thickness is about 1". A skinny guy putting on 100 pounds might actually add more than the .5" in my example, but you get the idea. I don't think pubic fatpad thickness is 'all' about weight, genetics also plays a role.
