    personality, lifestyle and value compatibility, and life experience plays a pretty strong role and i think age plays a huge role. i don't think age can be nixed from the equation. I think it holds more weight and value than many admit, or at least the stronger sense of identity, maturity, and stability which is often a trait of someone older.
