Yes, the age group matters. I'd sell my soul (if I hadn't done so already) to be young physically again, but I wouldn't take the deal if I had to forget everything I have learned since I was 20.
It is one of life's tragedies. I know now how I could have been far happier when I was younger, but there is no way to convince younger people that this is true - anymore than I could have been convinced at that time. If I had a time machine I'd go smack some sense into my younger self. -
Dude you really are more paranoid that I am about this. I worry about it, but not to this extent. The science tells us that women have the most nerve receptors 3 to 4 inches in their vaginas, and 80-90% of the best sensation for them is in the clit, which the penis doesn't get near during penetration. What if I find a woman to whom vaginal orgasms are important (suppose that is something I fail to give her because I simply do not fill her up enough even though I do bring her to clitoral and G-spot orgasms) but who decides to stick with me because of my other qualities? Is that not unfair to her? I, for one would feel less good about myself if I could not satisfy my woman completely.
I like to think of it like this:
If you stroke only your penis head, this is exactly the same as rubbing a woman's clit. Think about it, if you only stroke your head and don't touch your shaft at all, you're likely to orgasm normally.
So now, to simulate penetration and what a woman feels, stroke only your shaft and don't touch your penis head at all. Can you orgasm like that? You might be able to, but it will take forever and won't feel as good.
Now we can also simulate a longer vs shorter penis inside a woman. Don't grab your whole shaft with your hand, but rather just curl 2-3 fingers around half your shaft and don't stroke all the way down, but rather only half way, and don't touch your head. That's what a smaller penis feels like to them.
Now use your whole hand and stroke your entire shaft except the head. That's what a large penis feels like to them.
What's the lesson of the story? Even if you stroke your whole shaft up and down, if you ignore your head, its likely to take you a long time to orgasm. If you only stroke your head and nothing else, you're likely to orgasm pretty quickly.
This is what women talk about when they say we should learn how to please them, and this is why I do believe them somewhat that penis size to them isn't that important.
However, it does help. We can simulate knowing how to please a woman with a small penis, and with a large penis:
Grab your penis and stroke the head and only half the shaft (do not stroke all the way down, just to half your shaft). It will feel pretty good and you will likely orgasm normally. That's what it feels like for a woman with a good lover who has a small penis.
Then try stroking from your head down to the base of the shaft. That's probably the best sensation right? That's what a woman feels with a good lover with a large penis.
I think definitely the age group of men and women answering my questions definitely has to do with the type of answers I'm getting here.Of course she is about 50 now, so she doesn't match the Hollywood vision of young beauty, but I think she is still really hot. Important note: you, and anyone you wind up with will get OLD.Leave a comment:

Obelisk - I think you completely missed my point. I'm not "average" - I'm very unusual in both good and bad ways. My wife is unusual in both good and bad ways - though I think the good way outweighs the bad. The question was, with my odd combination of traits, where am I on the "ladder", and how much would my penis size change that? For what its worth, my wife is very attractive if I judge by the reaction of other men. Of course she is about 50 now, so she doesn't match the Hollywood vision of young beauty, but I think she is still really hot. Important note: you, and anyone you wind up with will get OLD.
Other comments you made - YES sex is very important to a lot of women, I don't think anyone will disagree with that. The point is that penis size has almost nothing to do with how good a lover you are. Think about it -do you judge how good a woman is in bed just by how tight she is?
Even when penis size matters, most women prefer average. I've suggested before - go to the good vibrations website (they sell sex toys to a largely female audience) and look at the sizes and customer comments on their dildos. The popular ones are average size, and the larger ones often have complaints by women that they were too big to be comfortable.
You need to figure out what you want: If it is just sex, then it is much easier to just buy it, or take care of yourself. If it is a relationship (or just a nice date) with a woman, then very little of your time will be spent using your penis.Leave a comment:

Well if you present the women with those extremes then of course they will pick the man with the smaller penis. At least if they are planning to spend more than one night with him. The same goes for men and choosing a woman with big breasts and a **** personality. That goes without saying.I've been reading a few of the comments here and I think you are obviously paraniod about the size of your penis - to the point where you need to seek professional help
Satisfying a woman is not about having a large penis - if you are good with you hands / mouth in bed, then you can satisfy women in other ways
I watched a documentary a few years ago about John Holmes - the porn star from the 70's early 80's. He had a monster penis, but they interviewed some of the women he had slept with over the years and most said he could never get it fully hard and he wasn't actually that great at sex...
secondly 'Every woman' would prefer a 7 to a 5?? - where do you base your information on?
if you took 10 women at random asked them the same question - what is more important, a man who is strong, caring, loving, thoughtful, has a good job and knows how to treat a lady right OR a man who is lazy, selfish, dirty, but has a large penis.... I am willing to bed at least 80% of the woman (8 out of 10) would prefer the man who is strong, caring, loving, thoughtful, has a good job and knows how to treat a lady right.
being able to make a woman orgasm through intercourse is not important - I've never been able to do that and it doesn't bother my wife because I am good with my hands / mouth - AND I treat her right, do things around the house, I do most of the cooking / cleaning...etc... because that pleases her and makes her happy - and a happy wife means a happy husband!
Please stop worrying about the size of your penis and focus on doing other things to satisfy a woman!
I am talking about a situation where a woman can pick between two guys. One of these men has a larger than average penis but only 4 additional positive qualities. The other man has a smaller than average penis but sports 5 positive qualities. Both men know how to satisfy this particular woman sexually. Given, the guy with the larger penis gives her more intense vaginal orgasms (their organs make for a better fit), while the other guy has one extra positive quality going for him outside of the bedroom. Which guy do you think 8 out 10 women would pick?
In your case, do you not think you would “get away” with doing less chores around the house if you were able to bring her to orgasm through intercourse (in addition to using your hands and tongue)? PLEASE NOTE THAT I MEAN NO DISRESPECT TO YOU OR YOUR SEXUALL PROWESS IN ANY WAY.Leave a comment:

What if some time in the future, I lose one or more of these other qualities that made her stick with me (not intentionally, it is just that everyday life just caught up with us)? Then what? Is she entitled to leave me because I now have even less going for me?
I feel like if this woman could pick between me and some other guy who had one less of the “other” qualities but who could instead give her vaginal orgasms (in addition to the other two types of orgasms), then she would rather pick him.
What about this case I read about on here where the woman’s vagina was too loose while at the same time the man’s penis was below average. Are these two people doomed to a sex life where they can “only” satisfy each other using dildos and fleshlights, essentially being reduced to some kind of interactive sex toy with the ability to speak (I know I am over-dramatizing, but you get what I mean)?
The problem is not to convince a woman to sleep with you; rather, it is to convince her to keep sleeping with you. And, I feel that, all other things equal, a bigger penis would constitute a more convincing argument. Mind you, I am not talking about a 14-inch baseball bat, but surely, “every” woman would prefer a 7 to a 5.Leave a comment:

lol I chuckled because this is what I see too“Pleasure her first and then you can grind your pinky-sized penis against her crotch while she is coming down from her huge-dildo-induced high. Be happy that you even get to have sex, you little man you.”
I totally believe this. I remember I used to listen to these radio shows with psychologists like Dr. Joyce Brown, or Dr. Laura, and they'd have women in the air who is with some loser that treats her pretty bad, yet she sticks to him like crazy glue. The docs would pull teeth and the women would admit "the sex is really good".We found out later that the main reason she stuck with him was that she was afraid that the next guy would have a smaller penis and thus not be able to satisfy her on the same level
That to me was a "aha!" moment, because I couldn't understand before that why women stuck with ace holes. That moment I did. "the sex is really good" I suppose could mean anything, but it sure sounds to me like it means "his penis is really large and I love the way it feels"
This is usually what it sounds like. It's confusing to me because it sounds like they want a business partner not a lover. When I read stuff like that, all I see is a list of things guys have to attain in order to compensate for their small to average penis. It is as if either you are a good provider, conversationalist, emotionally accommodating, romantic, attentive, giving (but don’t give too much because then you lose some of your manliness (nobody wants a doormat)) and exciting. ALTERNATIVELY, you have a big penis.
I don't fault women for wanting a bigger penis. It's not their fault, it's only biology. Can they live with a smaller one? Sure, just like I can live with a woman with smaller breasts or a looser vagina. But I know what bigger breast look and feel like, and I know what a tighter vagina feels like, and I sure as heck miss these things when I don' t have them anymore. They claim that he has all of the qualities that makes up a good man (i.e. treats her well, helps around the house, etc.) but they still crave the bigger penis.
I do believe that women are different sizes of course. Some women might find a 7" penis the limit of comfort. Some seem to be able to take a 10" with no problems.
I also know that a lot of women probably have never had a huge penis. A lot of women that haven't been with a lot of guys. Maybe just the one guy they married, and maybe that dude is average, like 5" or 6" and that's all they know.
I just don't believe a woman who's had a 8 or 9" is going to go down to a 4-5" penis and not notice the difference.
I've seen other threads with guys that are 3" or 4" . Man I feel bad for those guys. At least I'm mid 5's, and my dream is to be 7". I honestly wonder what goes thru the mind of a woman who has been with a man who's 9" and for whatever reason she ends up with another guy who is 4". I cannot possibly believe that in her mind she would say "hmm it feels the same"
Yup this is pretty much it. Except that my belief (from all the research I've been doing) is that for most women, length is mostly a visual turn on (80-90% and maybe 10-20% the actual feel). It seems as though the average penis size is somewhere around 5 inches while the majority of women, while fine with the 5, would still prefer a 7 seeing as how their vagina is on average 8 inches deep when aroused. One would think that evolution would move the two sexes closer to each other. Instead, men are required to compensate (see Point 5). Like Obelisk said:
Which is why I feel 7" is a good length to have. You won't look small (even if you're not the biggest she's had) and it's not likely that you'll be too big to make it uncomfortable though.
Sadly I agree. I didn't want to go thru the whole "frog kissing" process though.Thanks. There are good women out there. You may have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your princess.
You made a whole big deal about how average you are with a bunch of things, but your wife chose you. So my question was, is she comparable to you in looks, higher? or lower? She looks a lot more female that I do.
(surely you aren't expecting an unbiased opinion of how hot my wife is).
I know this wasn't for me, but I will give you my opinion.Really? That is what you read?
What is it you want from a woman? What does she have to contain? Be? Give? What is the difference?
For your information, my fiancé I have never measured nor would I. I can tell you I am happy with the size, but without all the things I pointed out? In and out doesn't cut it for me. Women feel like they are just a sex object, there for his pleasure. The point I made was clear. We as women are after a man. And, a man, is someone that understands what constitutes a relationship, which extends way outside of a bedroom. Funny, it seems "some" men seem to think in order to get a good sexual relationship, the women expects a lot and the man has to work hard. Well yes. Just as much as, the woman also has to compromise, has to understand a mans needs and be there for him sexually even if she has a headache, and as much as she has to realise he has emotions and be there too.
Just look at the posts. The guys complaining about size, are very emotional about it. We get that.
Relationships are about a lot of things not just sex.
I think this ties into the ladder theory.
This is instinctively btw and I don't claim that these choices are made with any rational thinking in part of the man or woman in question.
As a general rule, both men and women will want to find someone who is as attractive as they can get. Personality and other intangible mental traits are also important, and the person usually chooses someone based on a weighted decision of what physical and personality traits they find most important that they are able to get with what they can offer.
This is the reason why guys are always attracted to hot movie stars like JessicaAlba, or Megan Fox, or Jennifer Aniston, or whoever, even if they already have a woman they love.
Same for women. You might have a great guy in your life, but you're still going to be attracted to hot movie stars like Ryan Reynolds, or George Clooney, or Ryan Gosling, or Brad Pitt, etc etc.
Looks are important.
For women, if they are really good looking, they don't have to do anything. They will get a long lineup of men wanting to be their bf/husbands.
For a guy, even if he is really good looking, there isn't a lineup of women wanting to be with him. He has to go line up with the other men to see if he can win whatever girl he is interested in.
Now we're talking about really good looking people here. Most people are average, so most people, knowing that they are only average, settle with what they can, both men and women.
Now to get specifically to your post, you made some interesting comments. You said "a man expect to do a lot of work to get sex from a woman" and then countered with "a woman has to compromise and understand a man's needs"
This, in my experience, has been exactly true. Women for the most part don't get anywhere near as horny as guys do. This is why we have to look impressive to get you to notice us sexually, and this include having a larger than average penis. Otherwise you feel like sex with us is a "chore" and a "compromise".
I don't want to feel like I'm being compromised on, and both my past gfs have made me feel this way, and I have a better than average body (but average penis size).
All the stuff about being a good guy and being there for my woman, and making her feel special, etc etc. is separate from wanting my woman to feel sexually attracted to me. This is one of the reasons I think about the size of my penis. I don't think I have enough size to sexually attract a woman, and everything else I do is simply to get her to "compromise" with me provide sex. That's an awful feeling.Leave a comment:

They're likely judging them by their handbag because they want one just like it. They probably have the same preference in genitals as the former group - looking at pictures all day, fantasizing, obsessing. It seems sort of "sweet" to me.Leave a comment:

Really? That is what you read?Point 5
I read this statement posted by user CHANDLERS WISH:
“[Regarding the size of the penis] we do not care, we want a respectful lover, an attentive lover, a good lover, and we want an exciting lover, adventurous lover in which we therefore will give back tenfold.”
When I read stuff like that, all I see is a list of things guys have to attain in order to compensate for their small to average penis. somerandomguy: "Cuckolding" is a quite unusual fetish, certainly doesn't represent what the majority of people want. You'll find all sorts of fetishes on the web, and some of those will involve large penises - some will involve WOMEN with large penises, some will be women who enjoy fisting (a fist is bigger than any human penis). All good fun for the people involved if that is what they are into, but not a good way to get an idea of what most women want.
I think as many women judge men by the size of their penises as men judge women by their designer handbags.Leave a comment:
