Ladder Theory is simply a framework that explains men and women at the primal level.
There is a reason that for most guys, attraction simply happens if the woman is hot, but for a woman, it's a more complicated process where the guy has to display good looks, power, and has to stand out generally from other guys.
Don't think of it as something that you reason, think of it more as something that happens instinctively at the subconscious level.
Why does a guy wearing a suit raise a man's looks almost instantaneously? Ladder Theory explains it. Why does the guy being in a rock band raise his status with women? Again, Ladder Theory explains it.
I guarantee you that a single guy will be interested in a girl only on the basis that she is hot. She could be working at McDonald's and the guy won't care.
Can any women honestly tell me that if they saw a good looking guy their age, tall, buff, but working flipping burgers, that you'd have any attraction for him? However, you'd probably be more attracted to the shorter, balding guy in line if he's got a good style going, a good expensive suit, well groomed, and generally looking like he's well off.
I'm sure I'm going to get a barrage of answers saying that this is not the case. I prefer to agree with psychologists since they understand the science. They also agree that penis size, as long as to the woman looks bigger than average, it will turn her on more visually.
When it comes to "love" again psychologists understand what's that's about as well, but I won't get too much into that. -

A long ago girlfriend of mine had much larger breasts than my wife. I don't care at all - I really like my wife's breasts - and the rest of her. Bigger isn't better for any body parts. People have different preferences. Everything else being equal I prefer moderate to small-breasted women.Leave a comment:

Actually before I gained weight I was very happy with my B breasts. I would not be jealous at all of a guy who had handled D breasts. Partially because I hear from a lot of guys they prefer breasts that fit in their hand. But also because it's not that big of deal. My partner is not going to like me any less because my breasts are smaller than previous partners. They aren't going to handle my breasts any less just because they are small. If they were that shallow they wouldn't have dated me in the first place and I wouldn't have bothered with them. When I lose weight again my husband agreed to pay for a breast reduction so I can have my nice b breasts again instead of these borderline DD. I had some health issues 2 years ago and it seems I really gain weight in my chest and belly when unable to exercise. After all breasts are just fat tissue.Again, let's say a woman had b cup sized breasts, and I told her most of my previous gf's all had d cup or double d cups. She'd probably become very insecure, and IMO that's a perfectly reasonable response to that.Leave a comment:

So maybe
(penis_length) + (yearly_income / 50000) + (speed_of_vehicle / 100) - (number_of_linux_variants_installed_on_home_comput ers) + ( 1000 points for looking like Orlando Bloom)
Of course by that rule women would be dating horses......(or Orlando Bloom)
And my plane only flies in the troposphere - I have a lot more "jet envy" than "penis envy".........Leave a comment:

Can you ask her how being a pilot factors in.

This thread really drifts. Children are a big issue - a wonderful thing for some couples, terrible for others. Children completely change your life - as a friend of mine said "you remove and throw away your old life and install a brand new one". My only hope is that everyone think VERY CAREFULLY before they decide to have children. It is the most permanent, irreversible decision you will ever make.
I know couples that are deliriously happy with their children. I know couples that are very happy with their children, but also miss the things that they have lost. Unfortunately I also know 2 couples who appear happy but where one of them has confided in me that they really regret having children. Of course there are people who regret never having had children. Then of course there are people who have children that are disadvantaged - sever autism for example. Some couples discover that while they love them, their children will never be what they had imagined.
On the original topic: last night my wife and I were vaguely discussing getting a bigger TV. Her comment - "you know that for me size doesn't matter...."Leave a comment:

I think deep down this is part of the problem. I remember the first time I took off my shirt with the first gf I slept with. I remember the look she gave me, it was that "wow you're muscular" look.I think your problem is that you have such a low opinion of yourself, you are naturally assuming that women will not like you
But when I took the rest of my clothes off and she could see my stuff down below, nothing. So obviously down there wasn't enough to get a similar response.
I was always self conscious about it, but I think this is when it really hit me hard.
Yes I'm decently healthy. People are usually surprised to find out I'm 34, they high I'm high 20's.I assume from your posts that you are pretty fit and healthy
I've been down to 10% bf before. This is when I used to get the most attention. It's extremely hard for me to maintain that level, so right now I'm more around 22%. I'm trying to get down to 15% at least.
See, I don't think I can get over that. I don't want to end up as the last choice for a woman because the other guys didn't pan out.as I've mentioned, I am undersize in the penis dept and my wife has admitted that her previous BF's had bigger penises and apparently her last BF was a good lover, but not good at anything else (being romantic, caring, doing household chores...etc…).
Again, let's say a woman had b cup sized breasts, and I told her most of my previous gf's all had d cup or double d cups. She'd probably become very insecure, and IMO that's a perfectly reasonable response to that. Nobody wants to feel like they have to measure up to someone's past experiences. I just simply take a stronger stance in it.
You could have found a bunch of girls who were virgins when you were younger if you wanted all this. I had a chance with a bunch.I mean in my case I want it all: picket fence, children, the whole nine. Although I am more of an Audi man; there is something about Volvo as a car that just does not sit right with me.
I think it's unfair to expect children to take care of you when you get older just because you had them. Even if you end up a good parent and take care of them, they still technically don't have any responsibility in the matter.I think that to create is in man’s nature and having children is the epitome of what man is capable of “creating”. Nurturing them and watching them grow. And, if you do a good enough job, maybe they will have the decency to burry your sorry *** when you are dead.
In fact, this was a huge reason for my parents to fight all the time. My dad's family felt he should be helping them, and instead he went off to get married and his money going to us instead of his family. They were very unreasonable on this and well, tensions were extremely high for a few decades.
So I should put myself thru all the stresses that come with having a child simply because of some notion that I can be a better parent? How about eliminating the problem at the root? I suppose if I had some need to create offspring I could understand your view, but there is no positive in it for me, only negative. The argument of not wanting them to go through what you had to endure is not a good one, in my opinion. It is your job as a parent to create a better environment for them than the one you grew up in. You should understand that every parent does the best with what they have. Just because yours did a less than satisfactory job does not mean you should not try. I am sure even the children with the “best” parents have things to complain about regarding their upbringing.
I've seen the struggle of most parents to try to keep food on the table. To have to worry about losing one's job. To worry that the kids are hanging with the wrong crowd. A friend of my dad's had 3 kids that all went to jail for various reasons. They are still there.
The dad died of a hearth attack in his sleep at 58.
I think we need to get used to this. Every woman we meet now is likely to have had guys with bigger packages. I'm having good results with the penile enhancement though, I'm getting close to 6". Maybe in a year's time I can be 7". I hope that won't be so small anymore. To muffin70: You said in a previous post that you do most of the chores at home. Some times while your wife is out with friends. Combining that with the fact that her previous BF had a larger penis than you as well as being a good lover. Where do your thoughts lead you? This is the kind of scenario I am dreading.Leave a comment:
