My SO is too much if a cleanliness freak to not wash/clean before I go down on her. When you mentioned the pee odor, I am reminded of the times SO has ejaculated during cunilingus. The first "squirt" is tinged with a bit of pee which does indeed heighten the taste and desire.

Enemas for oral-anal? Nah, a nice clean with a wash cloth is just fine. "Duties" is just an overview word in title by the way so don't read too much into it ....such as me having any feelings of guilt, which I have none of at all.

On the sweat/pee odor thing, I'm talking mainly about the sweat odor in a guy's pubic area, which can actually get fairly strong in a short amount of time if not properly maintained - as kira said, just from routine activity. Strong's not good in that case. Pee's a different story.

I totally agree with that comment big time.Oral pleasure can be the best for both wife and husband but many men are selfish and will not go down town with the wife or girl friend and to me that's missing out so much in a great sex life.
