sourpuss, I've tried that before, and it worked! After about 2 hours of me doing my own thing and ignoring him, not giving him the usual hugs and kisses, he got really worried that something was wrong and started asking a lot of questions. Made me feel good for that moment but... I couldn't do that indefinitely.

On a serious note, and going for a little hijack, I think telling a woman she must be on her period isn't a very nice accusation. Not that there's anything wrong being in your period, and obviously it can change someone's mood.. but to automatically respond with saying she must be on her period is to belittle her feelings, cause it implies that she would think or act differently if she were thinking 'clearly'.

Omg Tex I completely agree with you. And add to that that many women (myself included) don't actually get any mood changes during that time. Oi.

Q: 'You seem grumpy. Are you on your period?'
A: 'Nah. But you seem overly sensitive. Hasn't your other testicle descended yet?'

I know! I think it's just an easy way for men to evade any hint that it might be them. I responded: "you seem grumpy too, what's your excuse?"
