Like, if a guy does not have much experience in lovemaking (read: not a lot of know-how), and does only have a small-to-average-sized penis, and has a bit of a challenging personality (due to something that happened to him in the past), then his chances of finding someone to be with would be slim-to-non-existent.

I do realize that the same would be true for a guy with a large-sized penis, but at least in his case there is a chance of the girls looking back and remembering how full they felt with his penis even if he did not know how to use it. (I am sorry, I do not know what I am saying any more)
What you're saying to me is that you expect the first thing to transpire between the man and the woman is that they have sex and that the penis is the first thing the woman has seen and which is why she has decided to have sex with him. NOT TRUE. The first thing women do is see all the exterior packaging. If she likes the wrapper she may want to know what there is inside. This is done by talking to him, going out with him, seeing if she is having fun with him, seeing if she agrees with his ideas or not and on and on to determine whether or not there is a basis for an on-going relationship. This can be done in a relatively short period of time, or it could take months to years - who knows? Then, and only then does she decide to see if they are compatible sexually.

I'm not talking about any one-night stands here, although the same thought patterns are in play, the difference being is that two people are just hooking up for a night, and they are not looking for a long-lasting relationship. But they first see the outside (clothing, hair, eyes, smile) then they get to know a bit at least about the inside (character, sense of humour, likes, dislikes, work, religion, ethics etc) prior to taking their clothing off to see whether or not he has a "big enough package". Most women are not so shallow and there would be another reason entirely for them to back away from the relationship.

Hmmm...penis size, well all I can say is that although the size is quite nice, there is so much more to satisfaction with a woman...so men please don't worry. Besides, if a man likes to go down on a woman all the time, she is very lucky.

I agree that this argument holds no water, for women as a general rule are not swayed by such a trivial thing such as penis size. Women (and men for that matter) are more discerning and look for qualities that enhance their lives and add value or compliment their lives or that makes them feel loved and valued in return. One of the qualities I looked for was the ability to have an intellectual and meaningful conversation.
Now if you are talking about birds for example, the female will often times look for the largest, showiest mate because that indicates that he is probably going to have strong vibrant offspring. However, the female doesn't get to see his penis, just his feathers. A man having a large penis does not necessarily make a woman feel loved, cared for, valued, etc. - those are the feathers that most women will gravitate towards.

Now, E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. else about these men is E.X.A.C.T.L.Y. the same (outside-the-bedroom qualities and everything). Which one would this woman choose (given she did not have any specific penis-size preference for whatever reason)?

On a side note, why did my thread close? Was it because of something I said? In that case, I apologize.
If they didn't have a preference, would it really matter who she picked? In that case, wouldn't it just be her picking at random?

But no one is equal or identical. The question is pointless because the situation would never happen. She is never going to pick you based on penis size. Not even at the swingers clubs do guys with certain penis size or women with certain breast size get more attention. It's entertaining to watch partners get picked by personality, a random conversation that went well, or just the first thing that comes along.

As I've said several times, I think that the selection of sex toys at shops aimed at women suggests that if everything else was the same, most women would take the man with the average-sized penis. That is what they are doing when they are buying a phallus without a man attached. Of course some would prefer larger, some smaller.

Everything else being equal would a man pick a woman with larger breasts? Some would, I wouldn't - my preference is for average to somewhat smaller. There are men who like women with enormous breasts, but I don't think it is the majority.

Also, ask other questions: Everything else being identical would a woman pick a wealthier man - probably. A more physically fit man 0- probably. A man with a respectable career - probably. A man with musical talent - probably. etc. etc.

As soon as you say "everything else being equal" you make the remaining choice seem more important.

Women don't work like men and it's not just "stick it in that feels good"...there are a lot of other factors that make sex feel great for women and a lot of it DOES have to do with emotions, whether you like it or not. For men, not as much, that's why you don't understand or refuse to believe the emotional aspect of our responses. Men and women work differently physically and mentally and it's all tied together.

I see a pattern that I`m very familiar with in these threads. It seems like it`s far easier to believe the negative than the positive. I don`t know if this is a general human trait or if it`s primarily a male trait. Every negative point of view can be justified. But positive ones are minimized or ignored.

    Just an observation.

Yeah I suppose I'll have to settle for this answer even if I don't like it.
