AMEN!!!!! That's what I've been trying to put across. Each one is different whether they are identical sizes or not, so really the size is only a fraction of it. Yes, going from a 9" penis to a 4" penis would be drastic, but who says it wouldn't feel just as good? Women don't work like men and it's not just "stick it in that feels good"...there are a lot of other factors that make sex feel great for women and a lot of it DOES have to do with emotions, whether you like it or not. For men, not as much, that's why you don't understand or refuse to believe the emotional aspect of our responses. Men and women work differently physically and mentally and it's all tied together. -
Yeah I suppose I'll have to settle for this answer even if I don't like it.AMEN!!!!! That's what I've been trying to put across. I see a pattern that I`m very familiar with in these threads. It seems like it`s far easier to believe the negative than the positive. I don`t know if this is a general human trait or if it`s primarily a male trait. Every negative point of view can be justified. But positive ones are minimized or ignored.
Just an observation.Comment

I think what Obelisk is trying to say is this: Let us say that a woman could pick between two identical men where the only difference between them was that one had a smaller than average penis and the other had a larger than average penis (or a large penis, period). Now, E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. else about these men is E.X.A.C.T.L.Y. the same (outside-the-bedroom qualities and everything). Which one would this woman choose (given she did not have any specific penis-size preference for whatever reason)?AMEN!!!!! That's what I've been trying to put across. On a side note, why did my thread close? Was it because of something I said? In that case, I apologize.Comment

As I've said several times, I think that the selection of sex toys at shops aimed at women suggests that if everything else was the same, most women would take the man with the average-sized penis. That is what they are doing when they are buying a phallus without a man attached. Of course some would prefer larger, some smaller.
Everything else being equal would a man pick a woman with larger breasts? Some would, I wouldn't - my preference is for average to somewhat smaller. There are men who like women with enormous breasts, but I don't think it is the majority.
Also, ask other questions: Everything else being identical would a woman pick a wealthier man - probably. A more physically fit man 0- probably. A man with a respectable career - probably. A man with musical talent - probably. etc. etc.
As soon as you say "everything else being equal" you make the remaining choice seem more important.Comment

But no one is equal or identical. The question is pointless because the situation would never happen. She is never going to pick you based on penis size. Not even at the swingers clubs do guys with certain penis size or women with certain breast size get more attention. It's entertaining to watch partners get picked by personality, a random conversation that went well, or just the first thing that comes along.Comment

If they didn't have a preference, would it really matter who she picked? In that case, wouldn't it just be her picking at random?I think what Obelisk is trying to say is this: Let us say that a woman could pick between two identical men where the only difference between them was that one had a smaller than average penis and the other had a larger than average penis (or a large penis, period). I agree that this argument holds no water, for women as a general rule are not swayed by such a trivial thing such as penis size. Women (and men for that matter) are more discerning and look for qualities that enhance their lives and add value or compliment their lives or that makes them feel loved and valued in return. One of the qualities I looked for was the ability to have an intellectual and meaningful conversation.
Now if you are talking about birds for example, the female will often times look for the largest, showiest mate because that indicates that he is probably going to have strong vibrant offspring. However, the female doesn't get to see his penis, just his feathers. A man having a large penis does not necessarily make a woman feel loved, cared for, valued, etc. - those are the feathers that most women will gravitate towards. That which we forget may as well never really happened.Comment

I think Obelisk will agree with me on this: It would sometimes (too often?) seem that the only chance an average-to-small-sized guy has against a large-sized guy is that the large-sized guy is a jerk and/or a bad lover (given the average-to-small-sized guy is not a jerk and/or bad lover, himself). Like, if a guy does not have much experience in lovemaking (read: not a lot of know-how), and does only have a small-to-average-sized penis, and has a bit of a challenging personality (due to something that happened to him in the past), then his chances of finding someone to be with would be slim-to-non-existent.
I do realize that the same would be true for a guy with a large-sized penis, but at least in his case there is a chance of the girls looking back and remembering how full they felt with his penis even if he did not know how to use it.
