I am so sorry for you pain and suffering. You story is so similar to my own. I was also freshly divorced and decided that more children would be a financial burden. I never realized that I would meet a wonderful man that would love my children as his own. We would like to have a child together and I would like to know about your tubal reversal experience. We live in Minnesota and I have only found one clinic online that claims to have the ability to reverse the procedure. I would really love the chance to be pregnant again and to get these coils out of my body.

It has been just under two years since I had the procedure done and now that I am sexually active I am experiencing a great deal of pain. My left ovary has been tender to the touch, but this morning I was in excruciating pain on the right side. If I could have driven I would have gone to the E.R. I was sweating, nauseous and doubled over. I was able to get relief from alieve pain medicine and visited my OB/GYN this afternoon. They have me scheduled for an ultrasound on Wednesday 3/9/11. The pain was nothing like normal cramping it was very localized and intense.

Like other posts I have read; my doctor skimmed over any negative information about the essure procedure. Now looking back it does sound pretty ridiculous to have metal coils placed in your fallopian tubes and expect them to stay there and not expect any complications.

I have been telling the OBGYN who did the surgey from the start something wasnt right,I went back again in Oct crying my eyes out insisting she remove it, She told me its very unlikely that its the Essure, she hasnt heard of any cases where there is a problem and she will contact the CO. to get info and call me , she never called. I made an App on monday they sent me to a different dr,He agrees with the first dr. He said we have done every test we can cat scan ulta sound .... theres nothing wrongl. its not the Essure its SO thin,Like a hair it cant be that. I told him i am 100% positive its the Essure. He told me well if I take it out I may have to pull, rip or cut your uterus to get it out or take it all the way out because its attached to your tube and uterus. ok I said do whatever it takes i cant deal with the pain..So because of this Essure I am now having a hysterectomy at 42, and no other problems before i had it implanted.
I can actually feel this implant inside of me. if i bend over its like it;s stabbing me..Has anybody thought of a class action suit againt the Co that makes Essure? If so please contact me at wingate6117gmail.com

      (Removed contact information)
. She is starting a class action lawsuit when she gets enough women together. I am one of them. Lets work toghether to stop this procedure from hurting any other women.

I am 25, had Essure in Nov 2008 after 2nd child. I lost my job immediately after returning from med leave and having the procedure. So I was not able to have the 3 month confirmation test as I had no insurance. I did though, have excruciating pain on my left lower side for about a week and a half the following January (about 2 months after the procedure). I couldn't go to the doctor and hoped it would resolve itself and it did. Now I am wondering if it could have been the left coil. It only hurt when I sat down and had me crying if I tried to use the restroom. But it didn't feel like a UTI or anything, it was "inside" on the left, a sharp, stabbing pain that left me breathless. I found this forum as I have recently had pretty much every pregnancy symptom there is for the last week and a half and like many other posters I have found, they also never experienced this with pms, but only with pregnancy. I never even have pms symptoms other than a nasty attitude right before. BUT, majority of posts I have found like this, do not conclude in pregnancy, which seems to me, as a woman that has always been good at reading her body and knows shes pregnant before a test can even pick it up, like most of the other similar posts, extremely odd. I must say, I do not like it and no longer trust this procedure. Just wish I had the $7000 to get it reversed. I WILL get the money together, may be a couple years, but that is def my next big goal, I wanna get these out (if they're still there) before they cause irreparable damage like they have to so many of you other women. I believe the company knew these risks and downplayed them to the point that they were not communicated to us women accurately.
I may be a sell out, but I would gladly forgo any possible future class action suit against this company if they would foot the bill to have this reversed. I feel almost at a point of desperation to get these out before any damage is done.

I had the essure done on feb.9 2011. Everything went well for the most part. My only problem is constant bleeding. I bleed about 4-5 days throughout the week & always after sex. It's usually a gush of red blood furung the night & then light brown blood throughout the day. I an also on the depo shot & just had a baby 6 months ago. Is this all normal? I keep saying I'm going to call my gyn but never get around to it. Any info is welcome!

                      Please call your gyno immediately...

Bleeding for the past 6 to 7 weeks sounds to me as if, something is a miss, causing the bleeding, don't allow it to get worse, make the appointment immediately.

I also don't believe that you should be on the Depo shot as well as having essure proceedure. Please speak to him/her as well in that regard.
