The ligaments attaching the penis to the pubic bone can be cut, leaving more of the penis to project from the body but reducing the stability of the erect penis. Beads and other implants can be placed under the skin to increase diameter and causing a sensation somewhat like ribbed condoms for the woman. There is a significant chance of bad outcomes in a lot of these types of surgery. I suppose breast augmentation wasn't always as safe as it is now.
My understanding is the surgery is costly, risky, and can only add an inch?

Saying there is 'nothing you can do' was obviously incorrect, what I meant was that penis enlargement isn't seen as a viable nor effective remedy for the majority of men.

No one thinks that large breasts are necessary to please a man sexually, but a large enough penis is necessary to please a woman with penile penetration.
And the numerous men who will say that sex is better with women with larger breasts? Or the men who will say that a "flat chest" is useless in the bedroom? Or the men who will say that they need something big to look at to be pleased? Or the men who say "she is pretty but she has no t***". There are plenty of men that think large breasts are necessary to please a man. Just look around at how "important" the large breast industry is to many men. Certainly not all men act in that manner but there are enough men who do to impact the way women feel about their breast size.

That has a lot to do with the lack of media telling them they should get it done. It goes right back to men not having the same pressure to look a certain way, to be hung like a Pringles can in order to be wanted by a woman, there is no form of ideal consensus in women about a massive penis size in order to be pleased like there often is in the male population about an ideal D or larger breast size. If men were belittled for their size by woman they meet, continuously hounded by media to look a certain way, and told by the media that they are just no good unless they resemble the unrealistic porn actor's size then I would say the surgery counts would go up because men would feel they need a surgical option to make themselves feel 'wanted' just like it is with women. But that simply is not the case and hence the surgery numbers remain in a low count except for those who have felt so strongly that their size is not good enough that they pursue a surgical option.

I've never had one tell me this in all my life, not even in intimate conversations with friends. I've heard kids tease other kids for being flat-chested, but kids tease. I've had discussions with guys about how big someone's breasts are, but oftentimes it's been while the subject of their and my romantic interest is a smaller-chested woman. It has never been in reference to sexual pleasure.

I'm not saying what you said doesn't exist, I've just never encountered it or experienced it personally. Breasts have no direct bearing on sex.

I'm very good friends with my hYubby's best friend. He recently told me that he saw my hubby's penis briefly briefly and in his opinion, I was a very lucky woman. That got me curious again. I have an answer. Not an exact measurement but I don't need that. I would've been happy regardless because I love him.

Since our sex life we've been using standard size condoms. He's been complaining about the fit. It's not wishful thinking on his part. I've seen them snap back on him when he's trying to put them on, etc. He told me they were at least an inch too short as well. We've switched to Trojan Magnums which seem to be working fine.

All I have to worry about is the inevitable Dirty Harry reference, "Do you feel lucky? "

I love my main man Hoxton's solid 7". It's above average but nothing monstrous. But for me personally, it's not all about his size... it's all about how he takes control and dominates me, role playing with his kinky clown mask on. I remember when he first stole my virginity, since then it's been one heist after another, every day feels like a PAYDAY.

...which reminds me I'm super excited as the Wolf Pack hits 7th of august on Steam!
