Hi Ms CW, oh and everyone...oooops.
I am glad that you do sleep CW, otherwise I'd worry that your one of those bot thingies.
I thought all comments made here were open for discussion, anyone wishing to add their view are more than welcome to do so. I did quote a few of the comments people made, but didn't intend to limit feedback to any one person etc...
Well..its 11.50am and I'm still in my nightie! Got to get myself sorted, shopping to do. Agent Provocateur here I come!... lol..
My experiences with women to date, are telling me that the female mind is a very confused and mixed up one. Women seem to worry about everything and anything far too much.
My simple life philosophy is:
Respect others in the way that you wish to be respected.
Something like that.Comment

Mr Millicent... Well, you have a very intellectual mind, one that besides the nightie, etc, would be of most interest at least I see that.Hi Ms CW, oh and everyone...oooops.

Yes, our minds are controlled, much to what we know, what we were taught, god, let's be real, we are only venturing in our later lives, or in today's age, take 21 year old back to when we were and it would be like I beg your pardon?
Now they want all, they are open... We as older people are taken aback to our youth but yet are sexual more so and again more open.
I think Sorrid nailed it.. re-read..
Bi-sexuality, kinky, agreed.
Other's apart from Sorrid do state same, Anon is your "neighbour" in more ways than one.
But, it balls down to you not being femine I feel, regardless of your passion, it still boils down to a WOMAN WANTS A MAN grrr.. simple.
How can you show this? And, at the same time, wear women's things, as I said in writing you are a MAN, interesting, sexual, intreging, but put you in my bedroom in those clothes WITHOUT experiencing the SOUL of your MANHOOD, seeing the MAN, it would be very difficult.
Spell errors, because I am too tired to do a spell check.

Go get that well deserved rest CW.
With regard to what you said about "minds are controlled" "when we were..." etc... When we were young I think you were implying.
In my youth [ late 60s early 70s] the attitude toward sex was absolutely anything goes! It was only in the early 80s when governments started to panic! Just say no! was the word on sex, sex is bad, sex will kill you etc.... AIDs! was it highlighted and introduced as a calming measure.. I'm sure AIDs has been around for many, many years. I do not mean to knock the seriousness of the disease cos its one bad f....er. I've watched my family disappear [blink gone] through cancer its not nice.
Look at the original 1950s love drug, it got re-named ecstasy in the mid nineties, and got re-classified from harmless to a dangerous substance.
Where am I going with all this? I don't know.
All I'm saying is that we get hit in the face with all sorts of stuff.. An the only real way to go is= find out what is right for you, and if you don't know then discuss it with others, don't be that sheep stood in the field, cos you'l get eaten, and then who's bleeten. Sheez! [thats me new yanky word...SHEEZ. Ha hA hA Ha hA ]
I'm now truly off to do me shopping!Comment

Well Milli, You've brought up some good points. First if a man is driving a showy car or in the US a massive SUV (they'll live in a little townhouse and the vehicle is bigger than their livingroom and they work in an office) chances are they either really like their toys, which is ok, or they are compensating for something - a warning signal.
You are right if we search for the positive in others we are more likely to find it, that doesn't mean we have to share a bed with them, but we would all have better lives and relationships. That was the point I was making to Annony. So that's a point well taken.
By the time we get well into adulthood we all have some baggage, a set of expectations and as you put it, a few kinks and dents. That's part of the growth process of life, the ablitity to examine ourselves and each other lovingly and work to get past our failings and short comings to find the gold underneath. I try to accept people as they are, the man in my life has his little folibles as do I, I don't try to change him. I accepted him as a friend and lover as he is. I do try to understand, to know him better and to communicate in a way that we can both be happy with. (You may have guessed I can do a bit of talking)
He's a very aware man who isn't threatened by a woman who owns and uses quite a few tools, loves to rip out a wall or fire up the chainsaw and occasionally works on cars. You might be surprised how many men find that threatening and either have to try to put down and control a woman who steps out what they see as her boundries or just leave her to handle everything. My "manly" man has no problem letting me have at it but will step in to lend a hand when he sees I need it or if I ask. And he does it without making it a put down. He has no trouble asking for help when he needs it. That's a man who has confidence, who doesn't have to build himself up by putting others downs and that's important.
"I'm happy and confident in my manly maleness, strong when I feel the need to be, confident enough to show that I have feelings, and able to show empathy for others." This is a great statement and is what a man should be. And a woman.
There are a lot of good people in the world, if you can deal with their kinks and dents. You are right everyone, not just women, needs to get out of missionary mode ane learn to find the good. But as for getting laid... that takes a bit more. You have to find the one who is right for you, as we all do. The man I find simply wonderful may leave my best freind saying, "huh? I don't get it". It's all in what works for you.Comment

I'm sorry, you lost the lady in your life so tragically.
True things change as we get older, but that doesn't have to be for the worse. We are living in a time of change, socially and technologically. If the Islamists and other fundamentalists don't drag us back into a dark ages, I look forward to more options for everyone. We are just beginning to get a glimpse of what the Web can do. There are negatives but instant world wide communicaton is huge in it's social, political and technological impact. That you and I and others on this site can communicate across the globe about personal concerns and activites is huge. Humans tend to isolate themselves in relatively small groups and get to thinking their way is the only way - just how that will play out is hard to say. People have dreamed of telecommunication, being mind linked - isn't this a form of that. We are reaching the point where very little can stay hidden in the world. Dictators can't hide their actions so easily, attrocities come to light even as they happen. People post film of women being stoned to death for all the world to see, the ugliness get pulled into the light and hopefully that means as a world we will be become more aware, better able to right wrongs.
It also means good things can be shared more readily. A funny story or film clip can circle the globe almost instantly. People in China, Russia, the UK, the US, Brazil can all be laughing at the same time at the same joke! A discovery to improve lives, an observation of truth can be shared just as quickly. We can get a much broader view and we can find the common threads that we all share. I think itr's wonderfull. My grandmother traveled in a covered wagon as a child (parts of the west are a little slower in development) and as an adult, watched a man walk on the moon and the space shuttle take off. What are we going to see yet in our lifetimes? There is so much to have hope for!
One area I hope we see continued progress in is the break down of rigid gender roles. Most are the constructs of outdated societal needs, they've become calcified. I've never been a women's libber although in my youth I broke some boundries, I'm a people's libber. Locking women into subserviant roles locks men into difficulty too. Men and women have complimentary natures. Complimentary can't be the same. We aren't one size fits all, interchangeable mates. You have to find the ones that compliment and enhance who and what you are while you do the same for them. Our socialization for gender roles and expectations seem to have made this remarkably difficult to do. People tend to resist change and that is why see the fundamentalists rising up in arms, if we can hold them back we could see an era of amazing possiblities for human fullfillment and interaction.Comment

Sorry about your loss. We all have to cry and look back with some sadness at times.Sorry... I had the wrong music playing... It brought memories back. ! what am I like! We can be friends.
I have nothing against you or who you are. I just think people have to honest with others they meet and let things happen for real, knowing who the other person is. I always loved the man that cross-dressed in my life. Never stopped loving him. I love people with all sort of kinks and dents. Live your life and be happy!
