I understand your frustration pertaining to "obvious", posters spamming in a way, in which can be perceived as a "post" of positives over a product...
But like everything, there are "good and there are bad" stories, some are real.
Companies ( edited your last post), pertaining to medical devices do have an obligation to conduct post market surveillance, conducting on-going efforts on data collection.
I suspect therefore, that there is nothing you can do, a Forum is open to the world and as this is a Woman's Health issue, it's easy to tap into "Forums for Woman's Health", then proceed with looking up essure failure...
There off course will be a Marketing devision, and I would imagine these reports given back, on essure failure prompts those in that devision to post a positive notation.
We monitor this thread as hard as we can...
With those such as the poster above, who are hurting and have a concern, any "opinions" from any posters that have been in that situation, may help ease that pain and that's all we can do..
I am aware that there is a complaint department for the company that bought essure failure out and that may be a better course to go direct to the top, rather than the "clinic" Dawnwisconsin, as the clinic would have had to have undergone training in this field and be given the okay to perform this action by the said Company....
