thanks all i will. i just worry cos i dnt have any refs. i did look online and there is already a well extablished pet sitting service in the area. what ever anyone decides to do. someone else is already doing it. i will keep on trying. no i dont have any freinds who could drive me. yes some people take in ironing but most collect and deliver i dnt have a car.

as for him he was doing his hundreds of checks to the alarm clock last night and kept moaning cos one of my kids one still out it was only 8 45pm and he wanted to go to bed kept saying he wil lock her out and she shall comein when he says
he did lock her out, i unlocked door agian she was back at 9 10pm but he kept going on and on saying its aright for u i have to be up at 4 am bla bla bla actually he gets up at 5 20am i ignored him

WELL you can walk and talk along your neighbours, offering ironing, cleaning, gardening and tell them your local ( not where you live), get cheap cards made up google your area, bluff.

You can get refs ring those you worked for, some will still be in business some won't and ask for one, and tell them you will pick it up, for other types of work.

i dnt have any neighbours its the school. i can try to make some some cards advertising pet sitting i guess and puti t up in local supermarket message boards.
he is always ratty when on early shift
another annoying thins he does is he is always scratching/ itching a lot usually when we get into bed, it drives me nuts its scratch my back i cant reach this can go on for ages dnt no why he is always scratching he does have a lot of spots/scne type pimples all over his back could this be to do with his bad eating habits/bad hygeine?
he always got the itches everytime i was after sex lol now he just itches anyway lol
another daft thing, i was never allowed to put my legs on his, he said he felt trapped and went mad when in the past i used to just entwine my legs on his. is this strange?

Just because there is one business doing something doesn't mean there is no room for competition. That's why there are lots of clothing stores, lots of groceries, more than one car repair! What can you to distinguish your services?

You may have a school next door but you still have neighbors! Quit finding reasons not to and start finding ways to do it!

im not making excuses. ive made a list of thngs to do/say. im going to put an ad advertising dog sitting/pet sitters in my local services
i can be cheaper than my rivals

him has gone to fix sams pc, so at least she will pay him and that wil pay next weeks petrol

Good for you!! But remember price is only an issue in the absence of value! Being less expensive on basic services may be a good way to get your foot in the door but what can you do or offer to be worth more?

Based on your past experience in working with animals, what did/can you do? Did you have any special training? Even a company training course is a good reference. Can you offer minor grooming (some places require a license or certificate) or animal training? Could you make custom pet beds and doggie jackets as a side line? Offer instruction on things like correct training with a gentle leader?

im a qualified riding instructor and have worked at many racing/sj yards but along time ago.
no i cannot make doggie clothing never tried. its just most horsey places are in middle of nowhere and i dnt have car

him is grumpy he s ordered some pc stuff on his c card and the fan is wrong size so he s just asked me for his card i keep hiss witch in my bag to keep an eye on money anyway he gone off to pc world to buy another i told him her would go overdrawn in 2 weeks if he puts anything else on it he said its ok dear u can draw it out of savings! oh no i aint. if he wants to go overdrawn, its not my fault

well he was having a go at me last night, all kids went out he as usual was on pc i was talking to him and he just said shuttup real loud saying i dnt half get on his nerves. i said dnt talk to me like that he sai i l do as i feel fit.
he is alseep he fell asleep straight away last night. ive no idea what mood he will be in today
