today i had a discussion over phone with my wife (as usual) about our decline in the sex life n things like that, the discussion went on for may be 3 min and finally she said
" I know what im doing, i shudn't be doing this, i m not even giving 5% of what u expect from me as a wife, and if it was someone else by this time he wud be living with someone else but u will not do that i know n if u r in an affair with someone then i ve to digest it although i can't accept it because i can't tell that im not at all responsible in anyway for it"
i don't know what to do? n im not doing anything.

This is like a flashing neon sign to me. Sorry but you are doing something you shouldn't be doing. You are talking to her close friend on the phone and you know good and well that you shouldn't be. Not trying to be mean just stating a fact that you are doing something you shouldn't be doing with your wife's friend.
