I don't think this has ever happened to me. My placebo week ended on Saturday and I started taking my regular pills again on Sunday. My period always tapers off by about Friday and there's only a bit of rusty colored blood on that day. By Saturday usually nothing. That's how it was this time. I had absolutely no blood on Sunday when I started on my regular pills. I woke up this morning (Monday) and I had left a blood stain on the sheets and when I wiped I had a good amount of red blood.
Why would I be getting this again, and for it to be so red, when it just ended?
Cases where a patient is given a particular drug and told that it's a placebo - can very often result in an unexpected result: the patient, who's aware of what the drug "should" do, but now "knows" that he/she is taking a placebo... doesn't react to the drug! With all this in mind, it would be disingenuous of me to categorically dismiss the possibility of a placebo effect at work in hypnotherapy in general or Root Cause Hypnotherapy in particular. Personally, I can attest to this NOT being the case, at least in a massive number of cases. I've treated people who were downright hostile to me and my methods, but who were somehow persuaded to give it a try anyway - and - they were successfully treated!
